Downtown walk with Beau!

Beau is off-leash! He’s almost done with his 5-week board & train. This is his second walk in downtown Greenville, SC. He has no issues walking with all of the people and noises of Main Street! In the video, I have him walking in a “heel” beside me, then I release him to go potty in the bushes, then I tell him to go into a “Down”. He’s a silly boy and thinks he needs to do a “Center” too. 😄

Drake went home earlier this month! I gave his family the information to maintain his training and showed them everything he knows. They were so impressed with his behavior! They’ve taken him out on more walks and even brought him out to the lake! Drake is now able to go on more adventures with them. 😊 …I’ll still share a few more of Drake’s training clips here. Buffalo is a 6 month old German Shepherd mix that I am fostering for Changing Leashes Rescue and Rehab! He was on the euthanasia list at Greenville county animal care because he wouldn’t play with other dogs and would try to hide from staff. He was just a terrified little pup! He’s been with me for almost two weeks now and he has really opened up! Such a sweet pup who loves to relax in the grass. 😊

It’s so nice to walk around with a dog that is well-behaved and calm while you’re shopping. One who knows the “Heel” command well, and you’re confident in their obedience even around fragile items… 😄 at Marshall’s & Home Goods.
(Yes, I have called this store to ask if they are dog-friendly)
