Rosie is one of those fosters who’s been taking her time to adjust. Some dogs need more specialized attention than others. Rosie is now in her second foster home with us and making slow progress. Isn’t she a lovely mix?

At 2pm, two animal-related organizations will randomly be chosen to win $1,000 each from The Mabel L. Slifer Fund at YCCF. Eligible organizations must provide homes to stray and abandoned animals, curb animal cruelty and educate the public on animal wellness and safety. Our fosters Dolly and Lily would agree that CCDR meets all of those criteria. Paws crossed that we’re one of the lucky winners for this generous gift from the Mabel L Slifer Fund.
