Sebastian Rescue A small town rescue trying to make a big difference. Every animal deserves a chance, a safe place, and some love.

We want to share the little bit of safe places we have and lots of love we have and get these babies to a furever family. We are dedicated to providing a safe place for these kittens/cats until they can find their forever homes. We want to show them love and patience while they learn how to be cats and find their forever people.

Good morning! It was an extra busy weekend at the rescue! Yesterday we picked up our four newest additions and also got a new catio put together! We drove up to Indianapolis to pick up our newest kitties and worked until dark getting things ready. We still have lots of work to do today after we both get off work, but it is all worth it for these wonderful cats. Thank you to everyone again for your support! We will work on getting some updates and pictures posted in the next couple of days.

This is Simba. She is our newest resident. She was left when her owner moved and we were contacted by a very sweet woman who wanted to care for her but she couldn’t due to no fault of her own. When we went to pick her up she was just clinging to this woman and you could tell she loved her so much. Simba is such a shy kitty cat so we don’t know her personality too well yet but she is slowly coming around. She is 6 years old and spayed. Such a precious girl though and deserves all the love.

Serenity says good morning! She was ready for her close up! This sweet girl is between 5-6 months old. She is so lovey and playful. She loves to be held and she absolutely loves playing with people. This little guy is Nacho or Garfield as some of our neighbors call him. Lol. He has had quite an adventure with us. He came with his brother Gomez (if you have been following us for awhile you know poor Gomez didn’t make it) he has some neurological issues just like his brother did but not as serious. We tried putting him in a catio and he started pulling his fur out and not doing very well so we decided to let him be free and run around. He stays close to the house and visits the neighbors every once in awhile. The first picture there was one sent to us by our neighbor while he was cleaning his motorcycle, Nacho was supervising him. lol We make sure he is fed and watered and in return he gives us plenty of love.

This is one of our stray cats that comes around we call him Buddy. He was very nervous at first but he finally came around and let us pet him and now as soon as he hears us outside he comes running for some love! He is such a sweet cat and such a pretty boy. He is still learning to trust us. He tried to jump in my lap while I was outside yesterday but then decided he didn’t want to lol He is a neighborhood cat and loves to just visit the neighbors.

Our little Ghost hasn’t been feeling the best lately. She has been in quarantine from her siblings for a week or 2. She is having some type of skin reaction so we are trying different foods and giving her a bunch of love. So send some good vibes this little girls way please.
