WISE BROTHERS QUESTION AND ANSWERS

Will I get my own deer meat back? Most definitely, we cut and process one deer at a time!

Do you remove all the silver skin, fat, and glands? Yes we wouldn’t eat and wouldn’t expect you too either!

Do you add pork or beef fat to your sausage? We add beef fat unless you tell us not too

How long will processing take? 1-3 days depending on when you dropped it off.

What happens if I bring in a deer that hasn't been gutted or skinned? No worries, we can handle that for you!

How do you keep each hunter's meat identified and separated? A name tag on cooler and a number tag in walk in!

How long have you been processing deer?
16 years!

Do I need to call before coming to drop off?
No someone is always available during operating hours

How long do I have to pick up before my meat is considered unclaimed? 2 days unless prior arrangements have been made

Are you a part of the hunters for hunger program? Yes!!! Glad you asked! We donate over 1000lbs of meet to a local shelter. We would love to go over 1000lbs and with your help we can!
