Santa Cruz Trail
Following is a proposal Otis Calef has presented to Douglas Dodge, the Santa Barbara District Ranger of the USFS. Also is a report on a conversation Otis Calef had with several local bicycle organizers about the proposal. I would encourage equestrians to contact Dodge and encourage him to look into this issue, and tell him how important it is that we get protection from bikes on that trail. http://ww
