Say hello to Huxley, a roughly 2-year-old Great Pyrenees / Retriever mix with the sweetest eyes and the gentlest soul. 🤍

We were lucky enough to be able to rescue sweet Huxley from the shelter and can’t imagine how or why he got there.

This big boy is a sweet, gentle giant who just wants to be loved by everyone, including kids. He has so much love to give and would make the most wonderful companion. Huxley would love and benefit from another large to medium dog he can play with.

As we head into the final stretch of the year, we can’t help but pause and look back at all the incredible happy tails that made 2026 so special. 🐾❤️

Every single adoption is a reminder of why we do what we do. Seeing rescue pups settle into their forever homes, loved and cherished, is truly the best feeling in the world. But none of these happy endings just simply happen—it truly takes a village.

To everyone who chooses rescue time and time again: thank you. Your open hearts and homes give these dogs the second chances they so richly deserve.

This is Ethel, the queen of the ultimate glow-up!

She’s approx 3 years and 11lbs.
While her past doesn’t define her, we wanted to show how resilient she is based on the condition of how she came in.

Ethel has grown to be such a cuddly and s***ky little lady. She loves curling up a comfy blanket and enjoys sleeping under the covers.

She is dog friendly and is fostered with other dogs (although she should be fed separately). She loves her toys and her food.

Meet Thornton! This sweet, loving boy is around 3 years old and weighs approx 60-65lbs. Thornton came to us after wandering the streets of Menifee, where he picked out a little friend and followed a schoolboy all the way to his front door. While the boy’s mom tried her best to keep him, her landlord’s pet policy meant reaching out to rescues was his best path forward.

Though he initially arrived a bit shut down and weary from his time on the streets, Thornton’s true personality has really blossomed in foster care. He walks wonderfully on a leash, making outdoor adventures an absolute breeze, and he gets so excited whenever he sees his favorite humans or realizes it’s time to head outside. He is currently thriving in a house with two female dogs and is showing every sign of being an incredibly loyal, affectionate companion. This is Scooter, a 10lb, 1 year old flurry of chaos wrapped in Chihuahua form. We won’t lie, if you want a pet who sleeps eighteen hours a day and looks pretty on a rug, keep scrolling.
If a treat appears, Scooter turns into a circus animal. As for walking on a leash, most dogs either heel nicely or bark at squirrels, but Scooter prefers “walking with a mission” as he’s got somewhere to be but doesn’t have a clue where.

He gets along great with other dogs, but honestly, his true passion is humans who show him affection. Whether you have food in your hand or not, if you possess limbs and a heartbeat, Scooter will immediately accept you. We know someone out there will appreciate Scooter and his entire personality that will fill a room.

Artie’s story started out tough, but this little guy’s spirit couldn’t be broken! Found as a stray in Carson with what we were told was a fractured femur, Artie spent his first few months being the absolute bravest patient while healing up in foster care with his tiny cast. After numerous x-rays and plenty of crate rest the fracture healed.

At approx 1 years old and under 20lbs, Artie is ready to catch up on lost puppy time. We don’t know who tried to break his spirit, but he is slowly coming out of his shell and is looking for a home to share endless adventures, toy-chasing sessions, and snuggle time with his favorite people. Unfortunately, he would do best in an all female home, for reasons unknown, he can be terrified of men.

His ideal home? One with all females and someone with patience to give him the space & time to trust. He loves playing with other dogs so he’d love some doggie siblings.

With those soul-searching eyes and that priceless little underbite, he’s guaranteed to steal your heart instantly.

This cutie girl is Pixie. She was found with her sisters abandoned in a plastic crate in Orange County but thanks to some good samaritans, all of her sisters except Pixie (and she sister Punkin who is also available for adoption) found homes.

Thanks to an amazing foster home, Pixie is having a blast and thriving with her foster dog siblings! Pixie is the leader of her pack, full of s***k and playfulness! She would do great with another dog to play with in her new home.

Pixie is approx 4-5 months old and 6lbs.

Meet Coconut, an approx 3 year old, 16lb poodle mix who is looking for a family to help him come out of his shell. Coconut and his brother Snickerdoodle (who was just recently adopted) were surrendered after living in deplorable conditions, and he’s now ready for the loving home he deserves.

He’s bashful but oh-so-sweet, good with other dogs, and loves to cuddle. He’s still working on potty training but would make better progress in his forever home. We know with some patience, love, a little confidence-building, and another cuddly dog sibling, we know this boy will blossom.

We literally feel so blessed to have been part of this Pet Blessing event. From lively nose-boops and holy water sprinkles on our playful pups to quiet, sweet moments honoring the beloved pets who are no longer with us, this day captured all the love our furry family members bring to our lives. 🌈🤍

The name is Punkin, not Pumpkin because she’s cute as a Punkin and was the runt of her sisters! 😉
Punkin and her 3 sisters had a rough start when they were left behind in a plastic milk crate when a Good Samaritan found them at just 8 weeks old. They were hungry, tired, and covered in fleas, but their story took a wonderful turn the moment they stepped into our rescue.

Thanks to an amazing foster home, these adorable Chihuahua mix girls are thriving! Punkin is the runt of the litter but growing everyday - she is so sweet and just loves her humans! She is ready to find her loving forever home! She is the most cuddly puppy and loves frolicking around and snuggling up to her favorite doggie siblings. Punkin is approx 4-5 mos old and around 6lbs.
