I adore this little nugget-this old girl has a feisty side when you touch those little toes but so far all bark- no bite. Also, I’ve got to say I’ve never had a dog with Cheez Whiz in their hair until today 😂. Will smile for treats 😊.

Was finally able to bath all of my own dogs today- the two that were done already decided to stick around and keep me company 🥰

A California Girl 😉
This gal is not a fan of the dryer, especially on her hind end, so I take it nice and slow and work with her as she moves around- it takes a bit longer but that’s okay 🙂.

This little ball of fur used to be reactive to the grooming process but has made great strides in accepting grooming tools and handling partly in thanks to his family who put the time in to working with him at home in between appointments. Time and patience is often a necessity with some dogs.

Some Husky love 💕 today 😊. It was his first visit to a groomer, and in traditional husky fashion everything got a bath 💦, and there may have been a little howling, but then there was kisses and sitting in my actual lap for comfort during the scary drying part; sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do 🤷🏼‍♀️, then the best part, being on the look out 👀 for Mom. He was a total sweetie though 🤗.

Luna, one of many dogs at From the Heart Animal Sanctuary came in for an emergency maintenance groom pet vet recommendation because of foxtails causing open wounds on several areas of her body. Upon assessment, I think I can save the jacket (clipper mark was not done by me 😬) part of her coat. Once her wounds heal, she will return for a bath and brushout, and re-trim of the areas that the clippers couldn’t get through the thick coat and dirt on this visit. She will be moved to a less foxtail prone area once her treatment plan is completed. I’m committed to helping this girl look and feel her best.
