COMPLACENCY IN TRAINING 💥

Area searches are a necessary part of K9 training, but don’t get complacent with how you set them up. All too often it's two warnings and send him.

A recommendation, is to integrate the entire team into the problem. Move the BearCat and patrol vehicles while the team approaches the suspect/decoy with the dog on the bite. Force the handler and dog to work around vehicle movement, shifting personnel, and changing search patterns.

Remora Leash Mount 🇺🇸

Never get that long line tangled again.

Having seen it firsthand, the long line seems to have a magnet for anything that it should never get caught on.

This high-speed mounting system solves that.



The Remora can stay on the dog's vest with Velcro molle. If something permanent isn't your speed, no worries. Just stash the leash inside the Remora and leave it in your vehicle door compartment. When needed grab it out and attach it to the Velcro of your dog's vest for a rapid deployment.

For the K9 Storm leave the vest zippered up and undo the two cobra buckles. Use the included loop and buckle system to attach it to the vest.



Going on a deployment? Long trek to the target location? Don't like the "trash packed" look and prefer it neater. Just simply take your time with the leash folding process and it will be clean, neat, and tight.

Simply don't care about the look and need it for an immediate deployment? Wrap up the leash like Christmas lights or an extension cord around your elbow. In less than 15 seconds it's back in the mount ready to go.
