⚠️ Public Notice ⚠️
A coyote that may have had rabies was involved in an incident on Route 6 on Monday, July 6, 2026, and was disposed of. The area is east of the Calvary Church and west of Detention Center.

If you or your pet had any contact with this coyote, please contact San Carlos Animal Control immediately at (928) 475-2688 or at (928) 961-6185.

Because the coyote may have been rabid, anyone who had direct contact with the animal should seek medical advice as soon as possible.
