Hi all! I’m sorry for the lack of posts. Summer was very hectic here at Naomi’s Animal Care while everyone finally got to travel since covid! I hope everyone enjoyed their summer and if they took any trips!

Now that things have settled down here, our family at Naomi’s Animal Care will be taking a much needed vacation of our own.

We will be unavailable to pet sitter from Thursday September 8th through September 14th.

We want to say thank you for the amazing business we had the past few months and look forward to many more get always, the holidays, or doggie daycare so your fur one can play with other animals of all shapes and sizes!

While I am on vacation please feel free to call and leave a voice mail, text me, or DM me of a future visit and I will make a note of it to check my calendar when I return home. I will be trying to avoid working while on vacation which has been a problem in the past. With our only son, now 14 growing up and already talking about college and wants to leave the nest, I want to and need to focus on family.

I hope y’all have a blessed few weeks and I already have visitors signed up for when I get back so I look forward to returning back caring for your fur, scales, feather babies fully recharged. Love y’all and thank you all for not only help me grow my business but trusting me with your precious little ones. yes, I call even ones Over 100lbs my little ones.

This should be for everywhere but I’m glad Elmendorf is not joking around. If you can’t stand barefoot on a surface, neither can your pets!! I’ve seen heatstroke animals and it’s awful to see. If you can please keep them inside or like they suggested. Freeze some ice treats so if they do come in from outside for a bit they have something to cool them off internally!

⚠️HIGH HEAT ALERT⚠️
With temperatures in the triple digits, we will have ZERO TOLERANCE for heat-related violations. Residents with pets who do not immediately address confirmed violations will face criminal citations with hefty fines. We advise pet parents to bring their pets inside and be mindful of their safety.

When outdoors, pets must have access to fresh water, shelter, and adequate shade. Shaded areas must be large enough to cover all outdoor pets at all times.

Hey y’all! A couple days I was told I have carpel tunnel syndrome. I will have a simple surgery to relieve tension and my surgeon has told me with my work he wants me to take at least a week off from boarding/doggie day care cause it’s a lot of hands on job.
My surgery is Thursday june 2nd so from June 2 until June 8th I will be not board/day care animals. I will reopen June 9th.
If you have a request for a future date, I will continue accepting them during my break.
