UPDATE :
Well I was really hoping to have a positive update today, considering how well Josh has been doing the last two days. They had moved him out of icu on Friday, taken his NG tube out yesterday morning, because things had started moving and passing as they should. It didn't look like he had a blockage after all, and the other procedure I had mentioned in my last update was most likely not going to be necessary.
It turns out he choked on something last night, and caused him to aspirate. Something foreign somehow made it's way into both his lungs. His situation has become dire again, and he's back in the icu. He's intubated, his oxygen is low, his BP and heart rate have both been elevated, and they are monitoring him for infection, as it's always a possibility with all that is going on with him. They are also monitoring his kidneys and liver, as they can also be negatively affected.
We are just in a 'wait and see' situation now. I'm told the next 24-36 hours are the worst, but also the most critical. I can definitely say how he looks in this picture is as far away from what I expected to see today as you can get.

Just curious if any of my customers-or anyone who would like to become a customer - would be interested in prepared food delivery, similar to doordash and Uber eats. I've shared this before, but thought I'd share again, and explain a little more, as I had a few people sign up last time.
