If your dogs are inside the house dogs , you don’t have to take them to a vet to treat them for just
“in case measures.”

Screwworm is not a virus/disease. It is a PEST..
It comes from flies laying eggs/larvae that eats at flesh on the top layer of skin.

If you are taking care of your dogs the way you should be by wiping their eyes, having them inside if they have open wounds, and “not” leaving them outside on the chain all day for hours, you will save money.

I’m not opposed to taking your dog to a vet but the way this economy is, not everyone can afford a shot/ treatment.
I’m here to educate.

Not saying this is everyone’s view.
This is my view. 🙏🏿

Crazy how city of eagle pass was wanting a “specific contract” to use the lake for an event that I was financing with my own money..

I see why “No local events” actually happen here.
They want some of the profit going to the city.
Hint: “Contract”..
That’s why they transfer you to “their” “event planner” to make it seem like they “had a part” in helping.

The profit had nothing to do with the city if I’m the one financing everything with my own sponsors that I worked hard to search for.

The money goes to the host business and the vendor business.

They seen the recognition I was getting on the post and seen they wouldn’t make “no money” from it for “not being” the host of it.
Me being the host, I would make the money from the people coming in. The vendors would get to keep all the money they make.

I had my own check-in-team, my own cones, my own security team, and my own prizes, (along with the vendors giving out prizes) to set everything up.
I didn’t need the city help (outside the lake) for this event.

That goes to show you how it works..

If the city is not involved, nothing will change in Eagle Pass as far as event wise. It will be the same parades, same boring festivals by the city downtown, and same market day.

Especially if an event of my caliber.

Guarantee it would have set an EP record of attendance to an event.

Screwworm is a thing, yes, but it’s not common for dogs if you are actually taking care of your fur babies..
