When booking, a 50% deposit is required to reserve your place.

The rest of the amount will be collected before or on the day of your booking. Please take note that at this time we are taking payments via Paypal, so processing fees are currently being included in the cost. Cancellation Policy:
Once a deposit is paid, and a spot is reserved for your pet, I am unable to take on additional client's. If a cancellation is requested 2 weeks prior to services (3 week

s for holiday stays), a 60% refund of the deposit (before Paypal processing fees) will be returned. After that, the deposit will not be returned.
