My name is Mayte Pacheco, I am a mom of 4, wife & a San Antonio Tx realtor going on 6 years. Real Estate has given me the opportunity to do what i love, help families in my community. They are making big moves for being so young! This military family reached out wanting their very own home for their baby boy 👶🏻 and took the steps necessary in order to get to the finish line 🏁
I’m a proud realtor, wish you guys nothing but continued blessings 🙏🏼♥️ Can’t wait to see baby grow with the home 🏡 🥹

Please help me celebrate my amazing clients on the purchase of their very first Home 🏡 🥳✨🙏🏼

Kala messaged me on instagram and said she was ready to go and was having trouble finding someone who could make it happen! Referred her to my go to lender, we placed an offer, negotiated…ALOT!! Negotiated repairs, went to battle with appraisal and in the end saved some money. It was quite the journey but I’m so happy it worked out in our favor 🏡🙏🏼
