Eat Drink SLC Eat Drink SLC celebrates SLC's coming of age as a culinary hotspot. Don't miss this extraordinary ev EDSLC honors this entire food chain.

Eat Drink SLC’s vision is to promote the marriage of food and drink in a way unduplicated by other Utah events. The food and beverage industry in Utah is large and encompasses many individuals including customers, business owners, managers, servers, culinary professionals, purveyors, and agricultural workers. EDSLC is hosted under a nonprofit partnership umbrella consisting of Tracy Aviary and SB Dance. These two organizations represent, respectively, a place and an arts-maker that contribute to the unique character of our community. We are thrilled to announce that this year, proceeds support our local food partners to encourage their future success and thank them for the sacrifices they made over this past year.

Great food tells a story. Great chefs bring it to life! 🍽️

Behind every unforgettable bite at Eat Drink SLC was a team of passionate chefs, cooks, restaurant owners, and hospitality professionals who make Salt Lake City’s dining scene something worth celebrating.

These are the people who show up, create, experiment, and pour their hearts into what they do long before the first guest arrives.

And while the festival may be over, their restaurants are still creating experiences worth seeking out!

Consider this your reminder to revisit an old favorite, try somewhere new, and continue supporting the people behind the plates. 💛

Two nights. Countless memories. One incredible community. 🌿🥂

There’s something special about watching Salt Lake City’s culinary community come together beneath the trees at Tracy Aviary.

From the first pour to the final bite, the 12th annual Eat Drink SLC was filled with familiar faces, new discoveries, meaningful conversations, and the kind of energy that reminds us why we do this!

To everyone who joined us, contributed, volunteered, or helped bring these evenings to life—thank you for making this year’s celebration one to remember.

Here’s to the nights we shared and the community that made them possible.💛

Thank you. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.
To every guest, vendor, sponsor and volunteer who joined us at Tracy Aviary this year, you made this possible. Because of you, 100% of net proceeds from Eat Drink SLC go directly to our nonprofit partners, and we are so proud that a significant share supports the incredible work of the community beneficiary,Comunidades Unidas.
We are thrilled to spotlight CU not just this year but through 2027. Their commitment to advocating for, educating, and empowering Utah’s Latino community is exactly the kind of work this event was built to celebrate and support.
You came hungry. You came thirsty. And you showed up for your community. We could not be more grateful.
See you next year. 🥂

TODAY’S THE DAY. 🌿🥂

After months of planning, countless conversations, and weeks spent introducing you to the incredible restaurants, chefs, w**emakers, distillers, brewers, and partners who make Utah’s food and beverage community what it is we’re finally here!

Night One of Eat Drink SLC starts tonight.

Tonight, we gather beneath the trees at Tracy Aviary for an evening filled with tastes, art, people, and joy. A chance to discover something new, reconnect with old favorites, and celebrate the people behind the plates and pours that make Salt Lake City such an exciting place to eat and drink.

But Eat Drink SLC has always been about more than what’s on the plate or in the glass. It’s about celebrating the entire community that makes it possible—from chefs, servers, makers, purveyors, and agricultural workers to the artists, organizations, and people who give Salt Lake its character.

This year, we’re especially proud to support Comunidades Unidas, our 2026 community beneficiary. Continuing a tradition that has contributed more than $250,000 to Salt Lake County nonprofits since Eat Drink SLC began.

Cheers to our food and libation partners, Tracy Aviary, SB Dance, Vine Lore, our volunteers, community partners, and every guest joining us tonight: thank you for being part of it!! 💛

The tables are set. The glasses are ready. The food is coming.
Salt Lake City, tonight we Eat. We Drink. We celebrate. 🥂
We’ll see you beneath the trees.

Food Partner Spotlight!!

Every great hotel deserves a restaurant worth lingering in.
Inside Asher Adams, Rouser feels like a destination all its own. Set within one of Salt Lake City’s most distinctive new hospitality spaces, it brings together the energy of downtown, the history of the former Union Pacific Depot, and a modern approach to American dining.

It’s the kind of place that works for every part of the day—breakfast before exploring the city, cocktails that turn into dinner, or an evening built around good food and even better company. Bold flavors, thoughtful details, and warm hospitality make Rouser a place designed not just for hotel guests, but for locals looking for another reason to spend an evening downtown.
🍽️ We’ll celebrate them in September. You can celebrate them tonight.

Stop in this week, grab a table, and tell them Eat Drink SLC sent you. 💛

And while you’re there, raise a glass to a few more of our partners. Rouser’s w**e list features Decoy Sauvignon Blanc from Duckhorn and Damilano Nebbiolo from W**ebow—two pours that make lingering over the table a little easier. 🍷

This week, Rouser joins us beneath the trees at Tracy Aviary, bringing a taste of one of downtown Salt Lake City’s newest gathering places to Eat Drink SLC.
