Not just a little grin either! Piper smiles so big all you see are those beautiful white teeth!

This adorable little lady is around 2 years old and appears to be some kind of Chihuahua mix, though your guess is as good as mine. What we do know is that she's absolutely precious.

Piper would do best in a home with another small dog to help her feel confident. Large dogs can be a little intimidating for this tiny girl. She's shy when first meeting new people, but once she trusts you, she's a sweet and loving companion who just wants to be close to her person.

Everyone wants the puppy. Everyone wants the young dog.

But what about Winnie?

This sweet approximately 15-year-old Shih Tzu was abandoned and forgotten, left behind with 17+ cats as if her life no longer mattered. Yet every day she wakes up with love in her heart and hope that someone will finally choose her.

🐾 Fully vaccinated
🐾 Good with gentle dogs, cats, and kids
🐾 Scheduled for her spay, dental, and mammary mass removal on June 16th
🐾 Wants nothing more than a soft bed and someone to love

Winnie doesn't need a perfect home. She doesn't need a mansion or fancy toys. She just needs a person willing to give a senior girl the love she's always deserved.

A huge thank you to the Samaritan Shelter for this wonderful donation for our rescue animals! ❤️🐾

I absolutely love seeing nonprofits come together to help make a difference in the lives of animals in need.

Donations like this mean more than most people realize. This rescue is funded almost entirely out of my own pocket unless someone is kind enough to donate. In just the last three weeks alone, I've spent over $2,000 on veterinary care for the animals in our rescue.

The reality is that small rescues often operate on very limited resources. We don't have large budgets or endless funding. Every bag of food, every box of treats, every vet visit, and every supply purchase is made possible through the generous donors and my Daily kennel operations of grooming and boarding.

If you've ever considered supporting a rescue, please remember the small ones. We are often the ones pulling animals from difficult situations, taking on medical cases that others would have put to sleep immediately, and giving them the time they need to find loving homes.

Ray (Ray of Sunshine) our husky mix is just around a year old, this sweet boy has his whole life ahead of him and is more than ready to share it with a family of his own.

When I pulled him from dog control, he was completely shut down and unsure of the world around him. Watching him transform into the happy-go-lucky, tail-wagging boy he is today has been incredible. Now all that's missing is a family to call his own.

Ellie was recently adopted and sadly returned to the over crowded dog control because she didn’t mesh well with one of the resident dogs. They did fine at first, but she doesn’t tolerate rowdy energy and will match that chaos instead of walking away.

So we pulled her here a couple of weeks ago to give her that quiet space to patiently wait for her home.

Let’s not let this girl think she isn’t worthy of a forever family, because she absolutely is. 🐾
