Sign up is open NOW for Wednesday, July 8th! Join us at our NEW location at the Rowan County Fairgrounds!

Complete the online form AND submit payment to secure your spot. Residents of ANY COUNTY are welcome, no restrictions. Open until all spots have filled.

โ€ข This clinic is for friendly, socialized, owned pets ONLY. (Sorry no smushy-faced breeds of cat/dog are able to be accepted.)
โ€ข Rowan County Animal Shelter vouchers ARE accepted for adopted shelter pets. Voucher is applied to surgery cost only, all other fees & services are due. No OTHER vouchers are accepted.
โ€ข Limit of 3 pets per family.

Friendly Cat Requirements:
- Must arrive in clean, hard-sided carriers ONLY, of appropriate size.
- Absolutely NO traps, no fabric, mesh, back-pack, or stroller carriers, no wire crates, or cardboard boxes, etc.
- One cat per carrier for their safety & recovery.
- No unowned, unsocialized, "spicy", or feral cats accepted for sign up on this date.
- Minimum 12 weeks for kittens, cats under 6 years

Small Friendly Dog Requirements:
- Size limit of under 40 lbs or will be declined
- No smushy-faced breeds please
- Must have on a secure collar and/or harness
- Pups on leash (per our County law)
- Minimum 16 weeks for puppies, dogs under 6 years

Surgery Costs:
- Dog Spay: $160 | Dog Neuter: $125
- Cat Spay: $85 | Cat Neuter: $70
- Additional services are available for added cost.

Spots fill VERY fast! Sign-up is first-come, first-serve and ONLY completed forms WITH payment RECEIVED secure your spot.
Payment by PayPal only, but you can have a friend or family member send it for you!

Thank you to Rowan County Animal Control and all of our wonderful friends and neighbors who helped us try to catch โ€œmama dogโ€ now known as Nala. After 4 weeks from her being dumped near our property, we finally got her, and she has come so far already! Sheโ€™s been treated for fleas and ticks, is vaccinated and microchipped and heart worm negative, sheโ€™s already walking well with me on a leash, and she is incredibly sweet and loving - rolling over for belly rubs and sitting in my lap - and she can sit on command. She smiles when sheโ€™s happy and is so grateful to simply be cared for. She will be ready for adoption after another week or so of socializing and leash/potty training. ๐Ÿ’› Her adoption fee, equivalent to that of the shelters, will go towards a PetSmart gift card for her.
