TRIGGER WARNING (dead spood pictured)
Ordered a male regal and this is how he came. Please note the deli cup, with four tiny holes that are taped over. Note the lack of lightly misted paper towel. No padding. Nothing to retain any level of humidity. Poor guy had no chance.

I'm absolutely devastated. This is my first experience with a spood being packaged this way, and my first experience with a spood arriving not alive.

Purchased from a brand I've trusted with my spooder feeder purchases up until this point.

(I will note that my beardie and spood feeders all arrived great, just the spood didn't.)
