🌿 Welcome to SunNShade Dog Boarding 🌿

SunNShade offers calm, home-based dog boarding and daycare in St. Petersburg, FL for dogs who do best in a peaceful, attentive environment.

Dogs in my care stay in my home — not a facility — with access to a fully fenced, shaded backyard, daily outdoor time, long walks, plenty of sniffing, and consistent routines. I keep my capacity intentionally small so each dog receives individualized attention, rest, and care.

I’m especially mindful of:
• helping dogs settle in a new space
• respecting each dog’s routine and comfort level
• providing long walks, outdoor time, and lots of opportunities to sniff and explore
• maintaining a calm, structured environment

There’s space here for dogs to be dogs — to move, explore, follow interesting scents, and enjoy watching the world (and the occasional squirrel) go by — all within a safe, supervised setting.

I take time to get to know each dog and their needs before accepting a stay, because the right fit matters — for the dog, the household, and the quality of care.
