🐐🌲 MEET THE LONE PINE TEAM — ISABELLA WISE 🌲🐐

Hi! My name is Isabella Wise, and I was born and raised right here in beautiful St. Maries, Idaho. I’m currently a senior at Kootenai Bridge Academy and have been part of the St. Maries High School Golf Team since my freshman year. After graduation, I plan to attend NIC or LCSC to pursue a career in nursing. 🩺❤️

Agriculture has always been a big part of my life. I’ve been involved in 4-H for 14 years, showing everything from rabbits and dairy goats to market swine and steers. Through livestock, I’ve developed a strong passion for animal care, hard work, and dedication.

I’m excited to bring that experience to Lone Pine Boer Goats, continue learning, and be part of everything this upcoming year has in store! 🐐🌲

🐐🌲 MEET THE LONE PINE TEAM — KADENCE DORNING 🌲🐐

Hi! My name is Kadence Dorning, and I’m excited to be joining the Lone Pine team! Around the barn, I’ll be helping wherever I’m needed—from feeding and watering to cleaning pens and caring for the animals.

Animals and agriculture have always been a huge part of my life. I’ve been involved in 4-H for six years and FFA for three years, raising and showing several species, with goats and sheep being my favorites. One of my proudest accomplishments was earning Grand Champion Sheep Showman in 2025! 🐑🏆 I also enjoy competing in FFA Veterinary Science, where I’ve learned more about animal health, medications, parasites, and overall care.

After high school, I hope to attend the University of Idaho or another agriculture-focused college and pursue a future in agriculture.

I’m especially excited to gain more hands-on experience with the goats, help during kidding, and see what the does produce for the 2027 kidding season! 🐐❤️

I’m ready to learn, work hard, and see where this opportunity takes me!

A lot has been brewing here at Lone Pine Boer Goats! (Posts soon to come)❤️

We’ve been busy behind the scenes getting ready for what we hope will be our best year yet!

We’re excited to welcome a new buck to the herd this year, along with a few more helping hands around the farm.

With new genetics, a growing team, and some exciting plans in the works, we can’t wait to see what this upcoming breeding and kidding season brings. We’re incredibly excited about the direction our herd is headed and all that’s to come at Lone Pine!

🥇What an incredible weekend at the 3B Showdown!

We couldn’t be more proud of our three exhibitors who stepped into the ring with their market animals or breeding project and represented Lone Pine Ranch with hard work, determination, and sportsmanship.

Showing livestock takes countless early mornings, late nights, and endless dedication, and these kids continue to prove that all of their hard work is paying off.

Thank you to everyone who supports these exhibitors and thank you these young kiddos that chose us to get their animal from!

Congratulations to all three of our participants! Keep learning, keep growing, and keep chasing your goals.

What an incredible weekend at our first Lone Pine Boer Goat Ranch Clinic! 🐐❤️

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out, asked questions, participated, and made this clinic such a success. And THANK YOU to Tyson Kimble! He was an absolute amazing teacher! It was awesome to see so many youth and families eager to learn more about selecting, feeding, fitting, and caring for their goats.
I hope everyone left feeling more confident and excited for the upcoming show season. Remember, every great showman starts by learning the basics and continuing to ask questions. I’m so proud of each of you for taking the time to invest in yourselves and your projects!

This is just the beginning! I can’t wait to host more clinics in the future and continue helping our local 4-H and FFA exhibitors grow and succeed.

🐐 Reminder — Lone Pine Boer Goats Clinic 🐐

We are getting closer to our Goat Clinic with Jordan Jelinek on May 23rd, 2026, and we are so excited! We are currently working on our final head count and would love to know who plans on attending.

📍 Benewah County Fairgrounds – St. Maries, Idaho
🕘 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
💲 $50 per attendee
💲 $35 for chaperoning parents/guardians
🍿 Snacks and drinks will also be provided

This clinic will cover fitting, showing, feeding, and hands-on learning opportunities.
