Suki: Professional Adventure Buddy 🐾❤️

Today, I get to hang with Suki.
💕 And while her dad is busy working in Orlando, I get to be her Monday–Thursday adventure buddy!

Suki has a doggy door and is perfectly capable of entertaining herself while Dad is away… but he wants more for her than simply being home alone all day. He wants her to have company, enrichment, exercise, and a little fun—and that’s where I come in! 🥰

Our days might look a little different depending on Suki’s mood and the adventure of the day. We go for walks, visit the pet store, browse the aisles at the home improvement store, and sometimes… ☕️ Starbucks! (Because adventures are better with a treat. 😉)

It’s not just a potty break. It’s not just a walk.

It’s Suki’s time. ❤️🐾

I love getting to know each pet’s personality and creating visits around what they enjoy. Some pups need a good walk. Some need playtime and cuddles. Some need an adventure. And some, like Suki, are happiest when they get to get out and experience the world with their Pet Nanny. 🥰

And honestly… I think I may have the best job ever. ❤️

Please join me in giving this adorable little Yorkie a big WELCOME to the Harmony Pet Nanny family! 🥰

Diamond and her family recently relocated to Florida from up north, and I’m so happy that I get to be part of their new Florida chapter! ☀️🌴

A couple of times a week, while Mom heads into the office, I’ll be hanging out with this sweet girl—keeping her company, giving her some love and attention, and making sure she knows she’s not alone while Mom is away. ❤️

And then there’s that little lip quiver/tongue thing she does… 😂👅

I mean, seriously. How am I supposed to resist that face?! 🥹💕

I’m already looking forward to getting to know Diamond and all of her little quirks. I have a feeling we’re going to have a LOT of fun together! 🐶💎

Meet Theo. 🐶❤️

This handsome little guy is the newest addition to a family I’ve had the absolute privilege of caring for for about seven years.

My journey with this family actually began when I owned Rocky’s Retreat. Back then, it was just Luna. 🐾 Then, a few years later, Romeo joined the family as a puppy. And now, about two months ago, along came Theo. 🥰

One of the most rewarding parts of being a Pet Nanny isn’t just caring for a dog while their people are away. It’s getting to watch families grow and change over the years.

I’ve watched Luna become a big sister. I’ve watched Romeo grow from a puppy into the handsome boy he is today. And now I get to watch Theo discover the world, make his place in the family, and grow up surrounded by the love of his people—and his siblings. ❤️

There’s something pretty special about being trusted with someone’s pets once… and then being invited to continue being part of their lives through new puppies, new chapters, and all the little moments in between.

Seven years. Three dogs. Countless memories. And hopefully, many more years of being their Nanny. 🐾❤️

This is why I love what I do.

I don’t just get to care for pets. I get to become part of their stories. And that is a privilege I’ll never take for granted. 🥰
