Every year we’ve been in rescue we have had a Christmas miracle…a last minute adoption that we thought would be impossible. We are asking for your help one more Christmas. Dax came to us when his owner had to enter long term hospice. He is a senior and needs a place to settle for his last years. He is super chill and docile. He gets along with other animals. Dax is a 13-year-old male cat with a resilient heart and a gentle spirit. He spent the first eight years of his life living on the streets, learning to survive on his own. Against the odds, he was rescued and welcomed into a loving home, where he spent the next five years treasured and cared for.
Sadly, when his owner became terminally ill, Dax once again found himself in need of a safe place to land. He is now part of our rescue family as we help him find his next — and forever — home.
Dax is a sweet, affectionate boy who simply wants love, comfort, and the stability of a family to call his own. He enjoys quiet companionship and will make a loyal, grateful addition to a calm and caring home
