Koi Enterprise will soon be traveling to Japan to visit breeders, select new koi, and bring back even more exceptional Nishikigoi for our customers here in the United States.

The Koi Care Center is completely FREE and designed to give you more useful guidance based on your actual pond, not just general koi information.

Create your free account and build your My Pond profile with details like:

Pond size and volume
Number of koi
Approximate koi sizes
What you’re feeding
Filtration and aeration
Other important pond information

The more information you add, the more the Koi Care Center can tailor its answers to your pond, your koi, and your setup.

Inside the Koi Care Center you’ll find:

My Pond — Save and organize your pond information.
Pond Care Tools — Use calculators and practical pond-care resources.
Koi AI Guidance — Ask koi and pond-care questions with your pond information in context.
Feeding Guidance — Get more relevant feeding information based on your koi and pond conditions.

How to find it:

Open the Koi Enterprise app → tap Home at the top of the screen → select Explore Koi Care Center → create your FREE account.

Then take a few minutes to complete your pond profile.

The better the information you provide, the more useful and specific the Koi Care Center can become.

Calculate your pond and system requirements. Review water quality. Get feeding guidance based on pond temperature and weather. Troubleshoot koi-health concerns. Ask questions directly through Ask Koi Enterprise AI. And when a situation needs professional attention, you can connect with Koi Enterprise for a consultation.

This isn’t just another shopping feature.

Unfortunately, we had to postpone yesterday’s Koi Enterprise Live Sale due to the extreme heat we’ve been experiencing in our area.

We sent out an SMS notification through the Koi Enterprise Official App to let everyone know. If you didn’t receive the message, make sure you have notifications turned on so you don’t miss future live sale and auction announcements.

Our next live koi sale will be announced through the SMS system and will be weather dependent. Right now, the heat has made it unsafe for us to ship fish and safely conduct our live sales.

We’re continuing to monitor the weather closely, and we’re hopeful there is a possibility we can be back live this coming Thursday with both our live sale and auction.

More updates will follow as we get closer. Thank you for your patience and understanding. The safety of the koi always comes first, and we can’t wait to get back live with everyone!
