💕🐾 A little life update from Coco’s Treats! 🐾💕

We know it’s been a little while since we’ve posted, but we’ve been busy getting everything ready and soaking up all the snuggles with my little bean! 🥹💗👶

As of right now, I’m still not taking treat orders, house-sitting bookings, or dog-walking requests while I enjoy this special time with my little one. 💕

As soon as I’m ready to return, I’ll be sure to make a post so you all know when you can start booking your walks and house sittings again and ordering your pups’ favorite yummy treats! 🐶🦴🍪

Thank you all so much for your patience, love, and support during this exciting new chapter of my life. It means more than you know! 🩷

With love,
Coco’s Treats 🐾💕

🍂🐾 It’s officially FALL! 🐾🍂

That means it’s time to bring out those hoodies, sweaters, and all the cute clothes for our fur babies! 🧥🐶🤎

As the temperatures start to drop, our short-haired pups can feel the cold much quicker than we do. Dogs with short or thin coats, puppies, seniors, and pups who are lean or sensitive to the cold may benefit from an extra layer when spending time outside.

🌡️ As a general guide:
🍁 50–60°F: Some short-haired pups may appreciate a light layer, especially if it’s windy, rainy, or they’re going to be outside for a while.
🥶 40–50°F: A sweater or hoodie can help short-haired pups stay comfortable.
❄️ Below 40°F: Extra warmth becomes especially important for short-haired, small, young, senior, or cold-sensitive dogs, particularly with prolonged outdoor time.

Of course, every dog is different! Watch your pup for signs they’re getting too cold, like shivering, lifting their paws, slowing down, whining, hunching up, or trying to get back inside. 🥶🐾

In my house, each pup has their own special hoodie to keep them warm while we hang out outside, because being cold shouldn’t mean they have to miss out on the fun! ❤️🐶

Keep those babies warm, cozy, and stylish this fall! 🍂🧥🐾

🐾 There’s a LOT more that goes into making dog treats than you may think! 🐾

When you purchase from Coco’s Treats, you’re not just getting a homemade treat. There has been A LOT of time, research, testing, and care put into making sure every treat we make is something I feel comfortable giving to my own dogs. ❤️🐶

Before creating and selling our treats, I spent months researching dog safe ingredients and developing recipes that were not only tasty, but also made with limited, simple ingredients. I researched different ingredients, tested recipes over and over, and put a lot of thought into making sure our treats were made with quality in mind.

I also spent countless hours researching and finding reliable places to source the meats we use for our dehydrated treats. I wanted to make sure I knew where our ingredients were coming from and that I was getting quality products for your pups. 🥩🐔

There is also a lot that goes on behind the scenes when it comes to testing, food safety, proper handling, preparation, packaging, and labeling. I took the time to learn what was required and make sure I was taking the proper steps before putting my treats out there for other people’s dogs to enjoy.

Even our packaging and labels were something I didn’t just throw together. I researched different options to find a label maker and packaging that would allow me to properly present and protect our products while still keeping them cute and true to the Coco’s Treats brand. 🎀

And perhaps the biggest reason quality and consistency matter so much to me is because I have 5 dogs of my own. Every single one of them has their own allergies and dietary sensitivities, and I know firsthand how frustrating it can be trying to find treats that your dog can enjoy without worrying about them getting sick afterward.

That is exactly the kind of care I want to put into Coco’s Treats. ❤️

I don’t want to simply make a treat that looks cute or smells good. I want to know what is in it, where my ingredients come from, how it was made, and that I am providing something I would proudly give to my own pups.

Every recipe, every ingredient, every package, and every order is handled with that same mindset.

Because to me, these aren’t just treats. They’re treats for someone’s baby. 🐾❤️

Thank you to everyone who supports Coco’s Treats and trusts me with something special for your pups. It means more than you know! 🐶🎀

🇺🇸 September 11, 2001: We Will Never Forget 🇺🇸

Today, we pause to remember the thousands of innocent lives that were taken and the families whose lives were changed forever. We remember the firefighters, police officers, EMS workers, military members, volunteers, and everyday civilians who showed incredible courage during one of the darkest days in our nation’s history.

We also remember the four legged heroes who stood beside their handlers and worked tirelessly through the devastation. 🐾 They searched through the rubble, helped locate survivors, brought comfort to those who were hurting, and reminded us that even in the darkest moments, there was still hope.

Today, we remember everyone, not just the dogs.
Every life. Every hero. Every family. Every sacrifice.
Your courage will never be forgotten, and your stories will continue to be remembered. ❤️

Happy National Dog Day! 🐾💗

I am so incredibly grateful for every single pup I get the privilege of working with. I feel so blessed to be a part of their lives, watch their personalities grow, and get all the love and tail wags along the way. 🥹🐶

They may not be my pups at home, but they are absolutely my babies away from home. I love each and every one of them more than they’ll ever know! 💕🐾

Thank you to all of my amazing clients for trusting me with your babies! 🥰

🎂🐾 Runa’s birthday is almost here! 💜⚔️

I got to make this sweet girl her very own Norse themed birthday cake to celebrate her big day on August 18th! 🥳🐶 The runes, Viking inspired details, paw prints, and beautiful purple colors came together to make this cake truly one of a kind! 🛡️🦴💜

Happy early birthday, Runa! 💜 May your birthday be filled with treats, belly rubs, and all the adventures a Viking pup could ask for! 🐾⚔️🎂

A little late, but we couldn’t let the day pass without celebrating Bennie Boo, better known as Coco! 🩷🎉

Our beautiful girl turned 5 today!

The adventures we’ve had with this little lady have been wild, unforgettable, and some of the very best. Through it all, she has continued to amaze us every single day. Coco recently finished her heartworm treatment and never once let it steal her happy spirit. She has remained the sweetest, happiest little princess and still gets excited every time she visits the vet!

A huge shoutout to Four Paws Animal Hospital and Wellness Center for taking such amazing care of our girl. We are so thankful for the incredible staff who helped Coco through her journey.

Happy 5th Birthday to our little princess. We love you more than words can say, and we’re so proud of how strong you’ve been through everything. Here’s to many more adventures together! 🐾🎂💕

📢 Important Announcement

We haven’t posted in about a week due to some personal matters, but I wanted to take a minute to be open with all of my clients, whether you buy treats from me or allow me to spend time with your fur babies.

For the time being, I will not be offering dog walks or drop-in visits.

Treat orders are still available! I just ask that you please give me a little extra time to prepare everything. For cakes, cupcakes, and other custom orders, I ask that you provide at least 2 weeks’ notice whenever possible.

As for house sitting, I will be honoring all of my currently scheduled bookings, but I will not be accepting any new requests at this time. If you currently have a booking with me, you have already received a message explaining that I will just need to take things a little easier during your booking.

Thank you all for your understanding and continued support. I truly appreciate every one of you and can’t wait to get back to loving on all of your pups. ❤️🐾
