If we have worked together, you know exactly why I do this.

It's for the love of the dog!

We are getting AND keeping so many dogs in homes!

Its just such an honor to be part of this community.

Urgent foster needed for this little family!

An adopter reached out about an acquaintance of his who has this little white Chihuahua mama who just gave birth to four puppies six days ago. She is asking for our assistance, hopefully a foster, who would take the Mom and the puppies. She said that dad is a mix of Shih Tzu/Jack Russell/Chihuahua.

Please apply at codysfriendsrescue.org for "New Arrival" and reference "Chihuahua family".

📋 Mochi's Walk Report Card: A+! 🐾✨

Meet Mochi, a gorgeous ~2-year-old sweetie looking for her forever home! 🐶💖

I took Mochi out for a walk today with her incredible foster mom, and WOW!

She aced every single subject:

✅Leash Manners: A+ 🦮✨ An absolute dream—no pulling at all!
✅Focus & Attention: A+ 👀🐾 Politely curious about other dogs, then easily moves right along.
✅Dog Socialization & Play: A+ 🐕💕 Amazing in her foster home with other dogs, with wonderful play manners and clear communication; she would thrive in a home with canine siblings!

Please share and help this good girl find her forever family! 🏡❤️

Reach out to Cody's Friends Rescue to meet Mochi! 📲🐾

Calm sweet doggo needs a home!

Anyone looking for a sweet senior companion?

Lexi lost her mom, and not long after her mom passed away, her canine companion also passed away. She is beyond heartbroken.

Lexi is looking for a quiet home. She is timid around males, but would make a fantastic companion to another single senior gal or an all female home. She is dog friendly and has been around small children with no negative reaction!

Please read about her and share!
She is currently being looked after by a family in Plano but they cannot keep her.

Lexi is NOT affiliated with our rescue, but we are desperately trying to help find her a soft place to land to put the pieces of her broken heart back together, so please use contact on link below if interested in adopting.

We can help but only with a committed foster. Please let us know if you'd be intersted!

See this: this kind of neglect is why so many shelter and rescue dogs need slow and patient training. Imagine living like this...please adopt. Please foster. Please know I am here for these dogs, always.
