A standout young head-horse prospect backed by one of the strongest maternal families in the performance-horse industry.
Titos On Ice is by Once In A Blu Boon and out of Catswanna, an NCHA earner of $49,181 and producer of $141,598+. Catswanna's two performing offspring to date are Hotswanna ($95,157) and Hot Frosted Cat ($46,441), produced from two different stallions. Her other offspring are just coming into their performance years or younger. Tito is one of her next generation of prospects and her first performance-age offspring by Once In A Blu Boon.
The strength of this maternal family continues through Tito's second dam, Stella Starlight, by Grays Starlight. Stella Starlight is the dam of 24 performing foals with more than $1.45 million in NCHA earnings, including Metallic Jack ($315,161), Stellas Sweet N Low ($156,329), Stellas Lil Scoot ($108,491), Spoonful Of Stella ($101,644), Catrina Starlight ($99,456), Ginger Pepto ($97,186) and numerous additional major money earners.
Tito's education has been carefully developed by accomplished horsemen from both the cow-horse and team-roping industries. His cow-horse foundation was developed by NRCHA professional Cayley Wilson, an $880,000+ NRCHA earner, multiple major-event champion and NRCHA Snaffle Bit Futurity Open finalist. Most recently, Wilson and Nothing But Blu earned a qualifying spot for the 2027 Run For A Million Cow Horse Challenge in Las Vegas.
Tito transitioned to the roping pen with 2025 CNFR Team Roping National Champion Cason Richey in August, who put all the heading foundation on him, before continuing his futurity development with two-time PRCA World Champion Header Clay Smith.
Already showing one of the qualities that matters most in a great head horse, Tito is an exceptional natural scorer in the box. He combines a strong cow-horse foundation of cow sense, rate and run, with superior bloodlines, a superb mind and natural early roping ability to make an exciting prospect for the futurity arena and beyond.
