Yesterday’s ride, he was so good! We warmed up with serpentines instead of circles and added a haunch turn with forward movement at ever turn. Theo is such a fun kiddo ♥️

It’s been a while since I was able to “fancy” train a horse it’s my favorite part of training 🤩

Theo loves learning new things too we have fun together ♥️

All my personal horses get fancy broke because I prefer a horse with “buttons” when I ride. Buttons are fun because just my moving my hand slightly, my leg or my seat he will do totally different things.

Subtle cues, a soft, responsive horse, there’s nothing better! 😍

Theodore was great and also not great 😅

Under saddle he’s happy but he was a turd this morning starting out. He set back while tied for no reason so instead of going to ride (he was saddled and ready) I made him stand tied for another hour to think about his choices and I cleaned his pen of all 💩

We had a good ride once he found his brain 😊

Toddlers doing toddler things bc he was mad I didn’t ride yesterday 😂

Under saddle he’s happy but he was a turd this morning starting out. He set back while tied for no reason so instead of going to ride (he was saddled and ready) I made him stand tied for another hour to think about his choices and I cleaned his pen of all 💩
