🌺 Aloha! It’s Show Day and the Luau vibes are in full swing! 🌺

We can’t wait to welcome everyone for a tropical weekend in the ring. 🌴🌞 Hunters and Equitation kick things off at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, followed by Jumpers starting at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday.

Spectators are welcome to come enjoy the fun, island-style atmosphere! Please remember that dogs are not permitted.

Grab your leis, bring your aloha spirit, and let’s make it a paradise-filled weekend! 🌺🐴🌊

🌺🌴 The Luau Hunter Jumper Horse Show is TOMORROW! 🐴☀️

For those who haven’t shown with us before, we’ve got you covered! Be sure to check out the venue maps below to help you find your way around and get settled in. We're so excited for a tropical weekend of horses, fun, and island vibes! Here are a few reminders to help everything run smoothly:

🧹Parking & Clean Up
Park in the designated lot and follow all parking instructions from our amazing volunteers! Please help us keep our little island paradise clean by picking up after yourself and your horses. Trash bins, muck tubs, and forks are located in both arenas, at the end of the stall area, and in the small trailer parking area. (THIS INCLUDES THE GRAVEL PARKING LOT)

🌺 Fun Classes
Feel free to dress up in your best luau-themed attire for our fun classes! Hawaiian shirts, tropical prints, leis, and island-inspired outfits are encouraged—we love seeing everyone join in the aloha spirit!

🙌 Volunteers
Please follow the instructions of our amazing volunteers. They help keep the show running smoothly, and we couldn't do it without them!

🎲 Fun Corner
Don't forget to stop by our Fun Corner next to the food truck! You'll find tables to relax, card games, and yard games. It's the perfect island getaway for siblings or anyone needing a break from the show ring.

🌺🌴 A Few Show Weekend Reminders! 🌴🌺

We are so excited to see everyone at our Let's Luau Horse Show this weekend! Before you load up, here are a few important reminders to help everything run smoothly:

🏇 **Stalls**
Please check in at the show office before putting any horse in a stall. Stalls have been assigned in advance, will have your name on them, and cannot be changed once assigned.

☔ **Rain Plan**
If we get some rain, up to two horses that are safe to tie may share a stall with the purchase of an additional bag of shavings for the second horse.

💧 **Stay Hydrated**
We will have a hydration station near the show office stocked with bottled water and drink mixes. Please take advantage of it and stay cool! Large fans will also be located near the office and at the end of the stall area for anyone needing a quick cool-down.

🐴 **Keeping Horses Cool**
An outdoor wash bay will be available for use, and a hose will be set up in the gravel trailer parking area if your horse needs a quick rinse. Water access is available near rented stalls, in the trailer parking area, and near the indoor arena. Please keep those water buckets full and your horses hydrated!

📝 **Entries & Changes**
All scratches, horse changes, and adds must be completed and paid for at the show office before entering the arena. No exceptions.

🌧️ **If Rain Arrives**
Please listen to all volunteers as they direct riders to designated holding areas. These may include the right side of the indoor arena (opposite the shavings wall) and the spectator walkway. Horses may not be tied in these areas or left unattended.

Don't worry—we have rain plans in place! Additional schooling opportunities may be added if indoor riding space becomes limited.

🌺 Most importantly, bring those fun luau vibes! Don't forget to check out our awesome fun classes and add them to your entries. It's going to be an amazing weekend, and we can't wait to spend it with all of you!

🌟 Flat riders—use that arena! Show off your horse and make the most of every corner.

🚫 3 refusals = elimination, so keep riding forward and stay focused!

🚪 Sharing a horse? Be sure to exit the arena before dismounting. Any dismount before the gate will result in elimination.

🤝 Pass with courtesy and give fellow riders plenty of space. No tailgating in the show ring!

😊 Take a deep breath, flash a smile, and remember all the hard work you've put in.
