Happy Spooktacular Show Day, everyone! 🧡🖤 We’re ready for a spooktacular day of Hunter/Jumper fun, festive costumes, and some amazing horses and riders in the ring! 🐎🦇

🎃 A few important reminders: 🕢 Schooling opens at 7:30 AM 📋 Show Office opens at 7:30 AM 🏆 Judged rounds begin at 9:00 AM

Get those ponies ready, bring your Halloween spirit, and prepare for a fang-tastic day at the show! 👻🧡 Whether you’re riding, cheering, or enjoying all the spooky fun, we can’t wait to see everyone!

🎃🐴 HALLOWEEN HUNTER/JUMPER SHOW WEEKEND REMINDERS! 👻🕸️

⏰ IMPORTANT TIMES: 🏇 Schooling & Show Office Open: 7:30 AM BOTH DAYS 🏆 Judged Rounds Begin: 9:00 AM BOTH DAYS

We’re so excited to see everyone for a spooktacular weekend! 🧡🖤 Here are a few reminders to help everything run smoothly:

🐴 STALLS & HORSE CARE

Check in at the show office before putting your horse in a stall. Stalls are assigned in advance, marked with your name, and cannot be changed.
Water access and an outdoor wash bay are available. Keep those buckets full and your horses hydrated! 💧

📝 ENTRIES & CHANGES All scratches, horse changes, and additional entries must be completed and paid for at the show office before entering the arena. No exceptions!

🏇 RIDER REMINDERS ✨ Flat riders—use that arena and show off your horse! 🚫 Three refusals = elimination. 🚪 If sharing a horse, exit the arena before dismounting. Dismounting before the gate results in elimination. 🤝 Pass courteously, give others space, and no tailgating! 😊 Take a deep breath, smile, and have FUN!

🧹 PARKING & CLEANUP Park in designated areas and follow volunteer instructions. Please clean up after yourself and your horses, including the gravel parking lot! Trash bins, muck tubs, and forks are available around the facility.

🧙‍♀️ HALLOWEEN FUN CLASSES Don't forget our Witches’ Brew Jump-Off and Costume Contest BOTH DAYS! 🎃👻 Get creative, show off those costumes, and bring your best spooky spirit!

🙌 FOLLOW OUR AMAZING VOLUNTEERS They help keep everything running smoothly, and we couldn't do it without them!

🌧️ RAIN PLAN If rain arrives, follow volunteer directions to designated holding areas. Horses may not be tied or left unattended in these areas. Additional schooling opportunities may be added if indoor space becomes limited.

🧡 Most importantly, ride safe, cheer each other on, embrace the Halloween spirit, and HAVE FUN! We can't wait for a weekend full of great rides, spooky costumes, and unforgettable memories!

For those who haven’t shown with us before, we’ve got you covered! Be sure to check out the venue maps below to help you find your way around and get settled in. We’re so excited for a spooky weekend filled with horses, fun, and Halloween magic! 🧡🖤

Here are a few reminders to help everything run smoothly:

🧹 Parking & Clean Up
Please park in the designated lot and follow all parking instructions from our amazing volunteers! Help keep our little Halloween haven clean by picking up after yourself and your horses. Trash bins, muck tubs, and forks are located in both arenas, at the end of the stall area, and in the small trailer parking area. THIS INCLUDES THE GRAVEL PARKING LOT! 🎃

🧙‍♀️ Fun Classes
Get those costumes ready! 👻 We encourage everyone to dress up and show off their Halloween spirit for our Witches’ Brew Jump-Off and Costume Contest! Whether spooky, silly, or downright BOO-tiful, we can’t wait to see your creativity! 🕷️🦇

🙌 Volunteers
Please follow the instructions of our amazing volunteers. They work hard to keep the show running smoothly, and we couldn’t do it without them! 🧡

🎲 Fun Corner
Don’t forget to stop by our Fun Corner next to the food truck! You’ll find tables to relax, card games, oversized coloring page, and yard games. It’s the perfect spot for siblings or anyone needing a little break from the show ring! 🍬
