PSA!!! If you schedule a dog for grooming with me PLEASE show up or give 24 hrs cancellation notice. I had an opening today, my phone literally blowing up with people wanting to get the kiddos in for grooming. I had 1 message with a GWP. I’ve groomed the dog before but it’s been years. With that breed she is the only one I booked. Now she’s a no show. Out the time, money and the possibility of booking new clients because she booked and didn’t show. There is a no show fee. If no show fee is not paid dog/client is placed on a do not groom list.
PLEASE show up to your appointment!!
