🎉🐶 Happy 2nd Birthday to my baby KoCo! 🐾🎂

Today I’m celebrating two years of this sweet boy who has brought so much JOI to everyone he meets. Truly, he doesn’t just belong to me. When off-duty, he belongs to a whole village. Grandparents, aunties, uncles, cousins, and fur friends alike… if you’ve met KoCo, you love KoCo💜

I’m beyond grateful to have him not only as my furbaby, but as my trained service dog and teammate. From quiet days at home to traveling alongside me near and far, he has supported me through health challenges, strengthened me on hard days, and gently encouraged me on mornings when getting up felt like too much.

We kicked off his birthday with a stop at Scooter’s ☕️🐾 - shoutout to them for the pup cup that absolutely made his day! Moments like that remind me how blessed I am to share him with so many… and how blessed I am to have him with me in my moments of need.

KoCo, you are loved, covered, celebrated, and surrounded.

Here’s to many more JOI-filled years together. 💜😇

I’ve always believed that dogs carry a little piece of heaven with them.🐶
They have this way of brightening the dullest day and turning ordinary moments into memories.

Their presence feels like comfort, laughter, and love all rolled into one, a reminder that God’s goodness shows up in small, furry packages too.

Caring for them has taught me patience and tenderness, but also the beauty of being loved simply for existing. That’s JOI, Jesus on the Inside, showing up through the purest hearts.💛

One of the things that I’m sure irritates dogs because it irritate humans is stuff in or around the eye. So I love providing “eye facials” for my pups - a warm cloth to soften the “hardened build up at the tear ducts” they love it and I love making sure they feel better.
