📢 Hello! 👋 Who likes a good rest in a hammock, or in a fishing boat, or in bed?

We are human beings who regularly need rest to function, especially if we want to function near-optimally and be able to share joy with others.

We believe in restoration for healing, health, and refilling our joy buckets here at ShareJoy. One such way to implement or practice is by pausing **consumption** - of words, of images, of sound, of food, of energy - especially if it isn't either neutral or beneficial.

A pause does not have to mean forever.
A pause may have some uncomfortable aspects.
A pause allows for a full breath.
A pause allows for something even better to come to surface.
A pause allows for noticing.
A pause may create an opening for joy.
