Miss Oona got to go to a show this weekend! We went to the Aspen Farm event derby and had a blast. It was her first time at a jumper show since December 2024 where she just did trot pole and was very overwhelmed by all the new things. This time she really showed off, placing 5th in her Starter class and handling everything beautifully. So proud of her!

E decided to try jumping this week for her lesson. Fritz was as steady as ever.

Dagda only wanted to canter ONE lap so we moved out to the field where the laps are bigger πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

Now that S has her own horse, she’s learning so many things, including how to lunge. Luckily, Adira is very good at lunging which makes it easier for S to learn.

L and Raji finally got to go on a trail ride! The weather and both our schedules cleared up enough for us to get out and have some fun. So glad we were able to do it!

Solar has been getting a lot of attention recently and has been doing amazingly. It’s so tempting to just get on him but I know that we’ll both be so much happier in the end if we continue with the ground work. πŸ’›

PD is both the most spastic and the most lazy of the horses. He loves nap time like no other πŸ˜†

E tried something new and rode almost her entire lesson without reins, even in canter! This helps students learn to use their driving aids first when the horse starts going somewhere they don’t want them to, which is something Dagda is prone to do, especially with young riders.
