Tomorrow is a big day for our sweet Rory. 🥹❤️

Tomorrow morning, our little beagle boy will finally have his long-awaited neuter and dental.

When Rory came to us from the torture farm, he weighed just 12 pounds. He was frail, his liver had taken a beating, and his values were simply too high for us to safely put him under anesthesia.

So we waited. We let him heal. We gave his little body the love, time and nutrients it needed. ❤️‍🩹

And now, seeing Rory curled up on the couch, snuggling with his little friends, it’s hard to believe this is the same fragile little beagle who arrived in our care.

He’s stronger. He’s healthier. His liver values are back to normal. And tomorrow, he’s finally ready for this last step. 🙏🐾

Please say a little prayer for our Rory boy tonight and send him all the good thoughts tomorrow morning. We want nothing more than to see him come through safely and finally put this chapter of his medical journey behind him. ❤️

We’re also still trying to get Rory across that medical finish line. His procedure is expected to be about $1,200, and as of tonight we’ve raised $425. We still have $775 to go.

⛳️ RORY McAROY IS TEEING UP FOR SURGERY! 🐾😂

Our sweet Rory boy has his neuter and dental scheduled for THIS THURSDAY! ❤️

When Rory first came to us from Ridglan, he was just 12 pounds, frail, and his bloodwork showed liver damage. His liver values weren’t safe enough for anesthesia, so his neuter and dental had to be put on hold while we focused on getting him healthy.

And look at him now. 🥹❤️

Rory has nearly doubled his weight, his liver values are finally back to normal, and after everything this little beagle has been through, he is FINALLY cleared to finish the last piece of his medical care!

His surgery is expected to cost about $1,200, and so far we’ve raised $400.

That means Rory McAROY still needs $800 before he tees off for surgery this Thursday! ⛳️🐾

🐾❤️ HAPPY NATIONAL DOG DAY! ❤️🐾

Today we’re celebrating a few of the many faces that remind us every single day why we do what we do.

Some came to us scared. Some came sick. Some were abandoned, neglected, unwanted, or simply never given the chance they deserved.

But look at those faces now. 🥹❤️

Behind every one of them is a story. A foster who opened their home. A volunteer who showed up. A donor who helped pay a vet bill. A transporter who drove the miles. An adopter who said, “You’re coming home with me.” And an entire community that helped us keep going.

National Dog Day may only be one day on the calendar, but around here… every day is dog day. 😂🐶

Today we celebrate the goofy ones, the naughty ones, the seniors, the puppies, the medical cases, the scared ones learning how to trust, and every beautiful little mutt in between. ❤️

To every dog we’ve had the privilege of loving along the way—and every person who helped us give them their second chance:
