We're starting to build out the children's garden for next spring and sure could use some help! If you could find some space for us any, donation would help provide beds, arches, and even plants that need to be planted now in the fall!

Saturday, September 10 we had the honor of working with Rotary of Rio Vista & Rotary of Winters/Davis to install Rio Vista's VERY FIRST Monarch Waystation!!! This was an amazing Community Project we couldn't of done without YOU Rio Vista!!

We've been working hard with Winters & Rio Vista Rotary and we're installing over 200 plants TOMORROW, Saturday, October 10 starting at 9 am.

For $10/plant you can sponsor and "own" a piece of the first Monarch Waystation in our Little River Town. The Waystation will also be registered with National Monarch Society!!

Roots has been secretly compiling a Wish List for the Community Garden and now we're asking our community to help fulfill it!!

Come see us TOMORROW at the Rio Vista Youth Resource Fair tomorrow being hosted by Rio Vista Litter Pickers !!!

We need your help with our seed bombs, so we'll be handing out seed bomb kits and having Littles (of all ages) planting fall flowers from seed! We'll even have a surprise visit by some cuties!!

Come see what we have in store the the kiddos this coming spring! You won't be disappointed!!

If you're wondering why your garden didn't thrive this year, it may be your soil!

Lori Caldwell from CompostGal: Consulting, Landscaping & Education will be giving an upbeat talk on how to make your own compost at home.

Come join us and bring a friend! Make sure to bring a chair this Sat 9/36 at 11 am to enjoy the view at our community garden! We are at the corner of S.3rd St and St. Gertrude (1 block from the high school).
