I’m currently in Italy, absorbing all the ancient equine vibes.

The powerful energy of the horse runs deep and they are guiding me to an organized a structure to deliver to you.

Until now I have been overwhelmed with vast wisdom of the ancient horse and I’ve been struggling to focus this immense knowledge for distribution.

My goal is to bring it to you in a potent and simple manner so you can finally get on the same wavelength as your horse—because your horse needs you to finally hear them.

The knowledge I have for you is from a deep undercurrent of Ancient Equine Wisdom, with my goal being the distillation of it into a simple, focused, and potent map so you can become a living sanctuary for the horse.

Follow me here for the preview as I lay it out:

It’s not about doing well—
It’s about doing better.

Perfect is a myth—
It doesn’t exist—
It simply can’t.

If perfect were attainable you would’ve found it by now.
But your perpetual search for it keeps leading you down a never-ending spiral of disappointment as you continue to grasp at it’s shimmery mirage.

The mathematical impossibility of perfection is the result of endlessness.
There is always something to learn, improve upon, and change.

There is no done—
There is no completion—
There is no finish line.

Look to nature and you will see:
The only truth is growth.

If your destination is fulfillment—
Try is your ticket, and improvement is your ride.

If you really want to:
Deepen your relationship with your horse
Improve your riding
Enhance your performance
Or even maintain your success…

All you have to do is try.
And try doesn’t happen without challenge because if it were easy you’d move on.

You were designed not to be satisfied by achievement—
To always want more.

That’s your blessing and your curse.
It’s why it’s so easy to feel disappointment, even when things are going well.

That’s a good thing because it’s what causes you to improve.
But it’s a detrimental thing if you see it as a lack of achievement.

So, acknowledge your struggle—
Look it in the eye,
And pour out your gratitude for it.

Because your struggle is your success.

If you find yourself wishing you were at the next level, having those clear rounds, or getting 9’s on your dressage test…

Then it’s time to celebrate your struggle.
Let it launch you forward and watch it fuel your progress.

I wanna hear from you!
What’s your current struggle? 👇

In order to perform at the top of their sport, high level golfers must take in and utilize an extreme amount of information just to make one shot.

They are easily prone to “analysis paralysis”, keeping them caught up in information overload and indecision.

When I rode cross country I had a keen ability to know what I needed to do—however, when I found myself on the showjumping phase I often found myself caught up within my own head of second-guessing myself leading to rail after rail after rail….

It was frustrating and disheartening.
Nailing dressage and cross country to botch showjumping on the last day of a 3-day weekend all because my overanalyzing got in the way.

If I had utilized this incredibly powerful skill back then, I know I would have been unstoppable in my sport.

Do you know what it is?
Shout out your answer below to find out. 👇

When you relax your body and mind the world around you relaxes.

The same applies to tension—
When you brace against the world, the world closes in around you.

When Neo (Keanu Reeves) finally breaks through and sees “the Matrix”, there’s a scene in which he flexes and the walls flex around him—

It’s exactly like that.

Everything is energy—
Is it so hard to believe that the state of your cells affect that of others?

All you have to do is start paying attention:

1. Notice how others behave around you when you are in a calm state of mind.
2. Conversely, notice how others behave around you when you feel stressed or frustrated.

Then, when you’ve had enough practice in your own awareness you will start to notice that the energy within otherwise inanimate objects also responds to your presence.

🐴 So, what does this mean for you and your horse?

If you’re so powerful as to affect the state of immovable objects, you can bet your sweet ass that you affect the state of your horse—
immensely.

But you already know that…

So why aren’t you doing anything about it?

Try this:

1. Close your eyes
2. Take a deep breath
3. Exhale and imagine the walls soften and flex around you.

The walls are exhaling too—
And so is your horse.

With enough practice, you will walk through the barn and the entire aisle way of horses will exhale around you—
Your mere presence will be a welcomed gift to all beings equine.

🏇 Happy riding.

May you appreciate the buds and clover as much as your horse.

Soak up the sun.
Hand graze your horse.
And take in the sweet smells of spring.

Your pot of gold awaits within the rainbow of presence.

Stop trying to make your students better.

Whether you teach horse riding, yoga, or in a classroom—
You cannot improve your students.
They can only improve themselves.

Your job is to show them a way how.

When you take on the weight of trying to transform their riding, their confidence, their fears…
You are trying to control something that is completely out of your control.

It is not your job to fix others.
It’s not even your job to help them—

It is your job to show them how they can help themselves.

Show them a way to ride stronger.
Show them a way to connect with their horse deeper.
Show them a way to gain more confidence, in and out of the saddle.

All you are doing is planting seeds.
It is up to them to do the rest.

Let them be empowered by their own self-improvement—
Don’t try to take that away from them—you can’t.

The next time you find yourself blaming your teaching for their lack of progress, just remember that you only have one thing you’re here for:

Plant seeds…
Then watch them bloom. 🌺

🐴 Do you own a chestnut mare?

Then you know how unbelievably loyal they are!

Some of my favorite horses were ladies in red.
No, you can’t boss them around—
But you shouldn’t be doing that anyway.

My horse pictured here is AURYN—
A long-awaited filly out of a cherished mare I had the privilege of owning, Annie.

My experience with chestnut mares is:

Fun
Loyal
Expressive
Rewarding
Gorgeous

To name a few.

🌹What are some of your favorite traits of a lady in red?

Are you sure you’re doing what’s best for your horse?

All too often I hear equestrians brag about sacrificing their own needs for that of their horse:
Skipping meals
Working nonstop (riding counts!)
Sacrificing their own body’s warmups and cool downs…

When you neglect your own needs you are inadvertently neglecting the needs of your horse:
Your mind is a mess
Your body is stiff
And your emotions are unstable…

All of which your horse has to absorb.

If you really have your horse’s best interest in mind you will stop the self sacrifice and start taking care of yourself.

Put some elbow grease into your own care.
May you shine like a sleek thoroughbred on a sunny summer afternoon.

I want to hear from you:

What will you do for yourself so you can better hep your horse?

Your presence heals your horse when…

1. Your mind is clear
2. Your intention is focused
3. You’re in your body

🧘 Clarity

A cluttered mind confuses your electromagnetic field.
Your heart-energy field greatly affects your horse. Horses are highly sensitive beings who absorb and respond to even the most subtle energies.

Your mental energy affects your own body as well as theirs and when you make an effort to gain clarity, your electromagnetic field responds immediately—as does theirs.

💻 Your mind is like a computer.
If you don’t clear the trash, the system gets bogged down and ceases to function.

Modern life has so much mental input and very few opportunities for trash removal.
If you want your horse to be happy, healthy, and sound, it is imperative that you give your mind the space to empty.

👉 Try this:

3 minutes a day.
Same time, same space.

1. Sit without distractions
2. Close your eyes
3. Place your hand on your belly and breathe

All you have to do is focus on your breath.
Every time your mind wanders, it’s a good thing!
Simply bring it back gently to your breath.

The distractions of the mind are simply an overflow.
For these sacred 3 minutes, you don’t have to hold onto anything. Just watch your thoughts as if you were watching TV.

Like your horse, your mind craves routine.
Challenge yourself to 1 full week.

A single attempt can enact great change.
Practiced regularly, you will see your horse healing.

🐴 Ready for more?
Next week we’ll talk about focus.

There is a heaviness you carry.

You may not understand where it comes from or what its purpose is—your only task is to feel it.

Your horse feels it too, and they want to show you the way through it.
Let them.

Stand with them,
Place your left hand on your heart,
Place your right hand on theirs.

Close your eyes and breathe.

Meet your horse in the present moment and they will show you the way out.

You’re not alone.
You are figuring this out.
Your horse has your back.

02/28/2026

The horse is here to bring you back to your Self.

If you do not see yourself in the horse, you are missing the point.

Let go of the reins and let them guide you—
Control is simply an illusion imprisoning you within passion.

Set your passion free and your trusted steed will shine with glee—
Eager to please, for you want the same thing.

Absolute freedom:

The freedom to play for no reason,
The freedom to run across the beach,
The freedom to jump fallen trees,
The freedom to cry tears of laughter in sheer delight.

Let the horse lead you back to YOU.

Challenge your comfort zone.
Question everything.

Live your life NOW—
Don’t wait until you are “ready”,
Don’t wait until you are “proven”,
Don’t wait until you “can afford it”….

Someday doesn’t exist.
You only have NOW.

NOW is where your horse lives.
Meet them there in every moment and you will soar with them higher than you ever could have thought possible.
