Inspired by a news story by WRIC ABC 8News , sitter Caitlin took Tilly to visit Kermit, the elderly beagle on Lakeside Avenue who loves to watch his canine friends walk by. They visited too early in the day to say hi to Kermit in person, but they passed on well wishes for this neighborhood icon. 💕
