Well, I said I’d never deworm a whole herd, but when a big majority have FAMACHAs 3 and below, that’s what I did. My thought if they haven’t bloomed yet, they will. 1st time in 18 months I’ve had to do this. The sectioned new building sure made it a much easier task. I’m going to replace the chopped alfalfa in their diet with some chopped lespedeza for the next week of so also to let it do its thing in breaking the lifecycle. I’ll recheck FAMACHAs in about 10 days. Hopefully it’s a 1 and done thing. prohibit/cydectine/prevermectin all onboard tonight.

I’ve got 5 boys available if you’re still looking. Mr.Peanut is a Gen B. Not flashy looks, but flashy genetics. FP Pegasus is mostly black, small spot on head, and a great looking boy. Minotaur is a flashy spotted F2. Great genetics in a lower foundation generation. I Indrik is an F1 wether, need that 4H baby or a friend to your ram, he’d be great. Yeti is an F2 with light spotting. He’s still intact, but available as a wether also. Let me know if you need one of these boys at your farm.

I’ve decided I don’t really need 4 rams, so Artemis is available. He’s the 1 on the left. He’s a B generation ram and I have his papers. Blue eyes. He will get weaned in 1 week.

One of my babies made it to his new home.

We're venturing into the world of sheep! Harlequin sheep specifically. This is Sphinx/Dally! The kids will be showing him and one of our goats this summer. We're all very excited about these changes! Thank you
