A Note to Current & Future Clients:
To all of my current and future clients,
I’d like to take a moment to clarify a few things about Josie’s Loving Leash , including my intentions, purpose, and goals. I want to make sure everyone understands what I offer and the type of environment I strive to provide for every dog in my care.
1. “Boarding” Does Not Mean a Boarding Facility
Although one of my services is titled “boarding,” I do not consider Josie’s Loving Leash to be a traditional boarding facility. I believe dogs should have the opportunity to move around freely, play, receive attention, and, most importantly, feel loved and comfortable while they are in my care. I do not have kennels or designated areas where dogs are locked up during their stay. My goal is to provide a more personal, home-like experience rather than a traditional kennel environment.
2. Mobile Dog Sitting
I consider myself a mobile dog sitter, meaning I have the option to come to your home to care for your dogs during the day or overnight. I can also provide walks and other forms of care based on your dog’s needs.
3. Doggy Daycare
My doggy daycare service allows your dog to come to my home during the day to play, socialize, and receive attention. While daycare can be a wonderful opportunity for dogs to socialize, I intentionally keep the number of dogs in my home very limited. I do not host more than three dogs total, including my own dog. Keeping the number small is important to me because I want to be able to give each dog the individual attention, supervision, and care they deserve. Quality of care will always be more important to me than the number of dogs I can accommodate.
4. Flexibility With Bookings
Lastly, I kindly ask for your understanding and flexibility when it comes to scheduling and bookings. Josie’s Loving Leash is currently a side business, and my primary job is working in healthcare. I will always do my best to accommodate your needs and provide dependable, loving care for your dogs. However, my availability may vary depending on my healthcare work schedule.
