And the thing is
Normal looks different for every single animal.
One dog might spin in circles when they’re excited. Another might quietly grab a toy and sit nearby. One cat may hide for the first few minutes of a visit, while another runs to the door like they’ve been waiting all day.
The important part isn’t comparing them to other pets.
It’s knowing their patterns.
Because when you spend time with a pet consistently, you start noticing the little things:
🐾 The way they greet you
🐾 Their favorite routines
🐾 What makes them comfortable
🐾 When something feels just a little different
Those small changes can tell us a lot.
Great pet care isn't just about showing up. It's about knowing the pet in front of you well enough to recognize when something isn't quite right.
