ROSIE
One of my pups from a previous litter, her owners gave me an update, it makes me happy to hear some of the stories about my babies:
“Rosie is absolutely amazing. Last Christmas I was sent to Guam for 6 weeks. I was relieved to have Rosie in the house watching over my family. My mother in law came to visit and “help out.” She is elderly and has COPD so I think she didn’t want to be alone for the holidays. My mother in law is oxygen dependent and sleeps with a machine at night to help her breathe. But she has a habit of taking naps in the living room without her machine. After she had been visiting for a couple of weeks my mother in law was complaining that Rosie was constantly waking her up from her naps by jumping on her. And that didn’t seem like something Rosie would do. Until my wife noticed that when my mother in law was asleep she would stop breathing. Rosie would sit up, c**k her head like she does when she is thinking, and watch her for a few seconds, and then jump on the chair and wake her up. So, somehow, Rosie knew my mother in law wasn’t breathing and was waking her up to save her life. I don’t know how she just knew to do that.
She has some adorable shepherd traits. In short, she exceeds all our expectations. We could not love her more. Thank you for allowing us to have her as a part of our family.”
