💖 Baby (mom of the lake litter)
Hi I'm Baby the Momma of the 8 Lake Litter Puppies. Pawfect rescued us just in time. I did my best raising my pups and now its time for them to find their furever home and me too! Sadly I tested positive for heartworms but Pawfect Match has already began my treatment so I am on the road to good health and doing well with my treatment!

💖 Marie (mom to Belles & Beaus Litter)
Mama Marie came to Pawfect very pregnant. She has a super sweet personality and had her adorable babies on July 27th! Her eyes are a beautiful golden color and her fur is surprisingly soft. She is friendly with other dogs, kids and adults and will be weaning her pups soon which means she will be available to go to her forever family!

💖 Lorelai Daisy (mom to Rory)
Pawfect Match rescued me and my 1 puppy. Unfortunately I tested positive for heart worms and began treatment once i was done nursing. Im doing well and staying healthy! Don't let that stop you form considering me as your next fur pal or the fact that I'm estimated at 8 years old, I still have lots of love to give and life to live!

💖 Zoey (mom to Po Boy, Little Lulu, Lucy and Pyro)
Zoey gets along with all other dogs, with proper introductions. She would do well in a household with another dog with her same energy level. She has alot of energy and needs to have rough playtime and hard bones to chew on. Despite some of her quirks, Zoey is a very sweet and loving girl. When she trusts you, she just wants to be close to you and she loves to snuggle. She jumps up and wraps her paws around your hand or arm, which is really sweet. Zoey deserves the right family who will give her the love, patience and attention she deserves!

💖 Milwaukee (Mom to the Harry Potter Litter)
he came from Forsyth county animal shelter with her babies. Her babies have since split off into foster homes. Milwaukee needs to be in a home with less people preferably, as she does have anxiety. She may even be the best version of herself with just one human.
This poor mama dog just needs trust, love, attention, etc. as of right now until her stress is more under control she does need to be in a home with no other dogs. She was found by animal control on a property with multiple other dogs, so we don’t think she’s completely not dog friendly. She just needs some decompression time most likely, and can coexist in the future! 🐾
She does go potty out side like a good girl! And walks well on leash.

💜 Bailey
🐾Bailey is a sweet, gentle 2-year-old German Shepherd mix weighing about 35–40 pounds.
🐾Bailey is house-trained and kennel-trained and has wonderful manners in the home. She is an incredibly quiet girl who rarely, if ever, barks. She loves chewing on her bones, but she has done a great job knowing the difference between her toys and things that belong to her humans!
🐾She is good with other dogs and enjoys her daily walks. With people, Bailey can be a little shy at first and likes to take her time getting comfortable. Once she realizes she is safe, her sweet personality begins to come through.

💜 Mother G.
🐾 Mother Gothel (lovingly called Mamma G.) is a sweet young dog who just wants to love and be loved. She is crate trained, potty trained, and knows sit, down, and paw. 🐾 She takes treats so gently and if you give her a squeaky toy you will have a friend for life!!
🐾 She loves people and walks well on a leash. She is dog friendly, with proper introductions. She has lots of energy and would be great in a home with older children.

💙 Blue
🐾 Blue was rescued by Pawfect Match just in time before the deadline thanks to a wonderful foster who stepped up to keep him safe. He has been dog friendly with the dogs he has met and has not been cat reactive but hasn't been officially cat tested.

💙 Bean
🐾 Bean is doing amazing in his foster home. He is happy, healthy and smart learning the ropes and schedule. Guess what we received DNA test results back.....36% Chihuahua, 20% Beagle, 7% Boston Terrier, 7% American Bulldog and 5% American Staffordshire terrier, the other breeds listed were all les than 4%. We do not know what size he will be when full grown but we do know he's adorable and a great combo of sweet and playful.

Some faces that may be familiar as they have been seen before & are still looking for their forever families!

🐾 Millie (millicent)
Mille seems to attach to 1 person and they become her person and she gives them so much love and shows her sweet, funny and goofy side. She’s really a wonderful girl once she trusts you. Patience is key but once she opens up she will thank you will a wiggle butt and kisses! Mille seems to prefer Females over males when it comes to her human. Are you willing to give this gal a chance at her happily ever after with a home and person of her very own?

🐾 Company
At 3 years old and weighing 70 pounds, Company is a certified cuddle machine, full of love, loyalty, and charm.

Company absolutely adores people, does great with kids, and even gets along with cats! While he’s not a fan of other dogs, he promises he’ll be the only best friend you’ll ever need. He’s playful and goofy—loves to play bow, hop around with joy, and strut his stuff on leash like a pro.

Over the next few nights, we will be showcasing our Mama Dogs. These girls are done with their mom duties and a lot of them have seen their puppies off to their forever homes but are still waiting themselves.

Meet Goldie, Gravy, Cora and Hallie

💖 Goldie
Goldie was pulled from a rural shelter on her last day and she was pregnant with a belly full of babies. Goldie loves her foster siblings and foster family. She is a sheer delight and will be a wonderful family member. She loves treats. She is very shy at first but then blossoms. She is good about using potty outside and a cuddle bug.

💖 Gravy
Mama Gravy and her 3 pups were rescued by Pawfect Match. They are being vetted and settling into their foster homes. What we do know about gravy so far is she is dog friendly & has previously done well with adults & kids.

💖 Cora
Cora (1 year, 55 lbs) came to us from a county shelter where she was very pregnant and about to have her babies. Days after delivery, PMR was able to pull her and bring the whole family into the program.

Cora was a great mama dog and got all 8 puppies to the point of weaning. She is now decompressing in her foster home and learning what it is like to be a treasured household member. She is a little shy at first, but warms up with treats!

💖 Hallie
I'm a goofy, happy girl who loves to zoom around in circles just because it's fun! Toys are one of my favorite things, and I never say no to a good walk. I love everyone I meet—dogs, cats, and kids all make me equally happy. When playtime is over, my favorite place is right next to my people, soaking up all the cuddles I can get.

I've done my job as a mom, and now I'm ready to be someone's beloved best friend. Could that be you?

Meet some newer faces to Pawfect Match!

🐾 Amber is a 9wk old who was rescued from the shelter when her time was almost up. With her soulful gray eyes and beautiful brindle coat, Amber is impossible to resist. She is sweet, affectionate, and absolutely loves giving kisses.

This little girl deserves a chance to grow up surrounded by love, kindness, and a family of her own.

🐾 Honey
I am now in a great foster home and live with my sister, other dogs, cats and children.
I am a bit scared and timid of the super big dogs but I am slowly warming up and realizing they are nice and what it is like to be loved again. I am friendly, it may just take me a bit to warm up sometimes.

🐾 Daisy Rae
Sister to Honey, Daisy is more outgoing and less afraid of her new surroundings. She is playful and ready to find her new home.

🐾 Salem
Salem is a sweetheart that is great with all dogs, big or small. He is experienced with kids and loves his people fiercly. Sadly, he is being rehomed due to no fault of his own as his family is moving and cannot take him.

Last of 8, Duke is still looking for his forever home.

This 4mo old boy is such a calm, sweet, snuggly, gentle boy. He is Crate, leash and almost fully potty trained. He knows Sit & Stay and loves to play with both animal friends and humans.

He does great out in public and rides well in the car which would make him a great companion for both homebodies & active people.
