⛳ It's more than a round of golf.

When you register for the Perfectly Imperfect Pups Classic, presented by Peak City Veterinary Hospital, you're helping fund the work that happens every day at PIPs.

That can mean:
❤️ Emergency veterinary care
🩺 Specialist appointments
🐾 Surgeries and rehabilitation
💊 Medications and ongoing treatment
🏠 The time and care a dog needs before finding the right home

Many of the dogs who come to PIPs require significantly more medical care than the average rescue dog. That's exactly why we're putting on this tournament.

Sisters by birth, besties by choice, future family members by… hopefully the end of September. 🤞

At 7 months old, Ivy & Willow are two sweet, social sisters who are ready to branch out and find forever homes of their own.

🌱 Ivy is the little adventurer of the pair. She’s brave, curious, independent, and always investigating her surroundings. She loves playing with other dogs, does great with kids, and is equally happy romping around with friends or stretching out in the sunshine after a busy day of exploring. She even tolerates bath time like a champ!

🌿 Willow is the social butterfly and resident smarty-pants. She LOVES people and other dogs, is playful and affectionate, and is incredibly food motivated and eager to learn. She’s already crate trained, working on basic commands, loves walks and toys, and will even cooperate for tooth brushing and nail trims. ⭐

Both girls have grown into loving, playful pups who would make wonderful companions. Ivy and Willow are each ready to put down roots with a family of their very own. 🏡💚

Looking for someone sweet? We’ve got a Fig Newton AND a Potato on the menu:

🥔 Potato is 8 months old and currently in his growing, learning, and making-everyone-his-best-friend era. He loves people, loves other dogs, walks nicely on leash, knows “sit” and “kennel up,” and is always down for playtime followed by a good cuddle. He’s still perfecting some puppy basics, but this goofy, affectionate boy is eager to learn and ready to grow up with his forever family.

🍪 Newton is 4 years old and has already mastered the good stuff: he’s housebroken, walks well on leash, doesn’t need a crate, gets along well with the dogs in his foster home, and considers couch snuggling one of his greatest talents. Give him a backyard to romp in, a Nylabone or stuffy, and a person to love, and Sir Fig Newton is a happy guy.

One’s still learning the ropes. One’s already got them down. Both are ready to find homes of their own. 💙

Hello, my name is Bonk! 💙🐾

I may not be able to see or hear the world like most pups, but trust me, I’m having a pretty great time exploring it my own way!

I love playing outside, wrestling with my dog friends, soaking up the sunshine, and then curling up as close as possible to my people. I’m also a pretty impressive little guy, if I do say so myself. I’m house-trained, sleep quietly in my crate, ride like a champ in the car, and I’ve done great with dogs, cats, and kids.

I’m still learning new things every day, and being deaf and blind just means I do things a little differently. Give me some time to learn my surroundings and a family who will cheer me on, and I’ll handle the rest. 💕

I’m ready for a forever family to explore, play, learn, and cuddle with. Could it be yours?

Binka made her birthday wish this past Friday... now we need your help making it come true! 🎂💕

Our newly 3-year-old birthday girl is hoping September is the month she finally finds her forever family.

Binka is an affectionate, playful American Bulldog who loves being part of the action. She’s equally happy playing tug, going for a walk, or claiming her rightful spot on the couch for some serious snuggle time. She’s fully potty and crate trained, walks nicely on leash, does well with other dogs, and loves kids.

Binka does have a slight vision impairment, but it doesn’t slow her down. She sees close-up, chases balls with her own creative interpretation of aim, and navigates life just fine. 💗

And since Binka is eligible for our Test the Couch program, you can give life together a 7-day trial before making it official.

🐾 Foster or Adopter Needed for Bubba! ❤️

Bubba has been spending some time in a board-and-train program, and we’ve been using this opportunity to really get to know him. Our goal was to better understand who Bubba is, what he needs, and what kind of home will help him thrive. And we’re learning so much about this sweet older gentleman!

Bubba is an easygoing, affectionate guy who loves everyone he meets. He’s a Velcro-type pup who really enjoys being near his humans, and he’s been working on some important life skills too. He’s learning to walk nicely on leash and how to settle comfortably in a crate. He also keeps his crate clean with no accidents!
We’ve gotten a much clearer picture of what works for Bubba when it comes to canine friends. He does best with a confident, easygoing dog who is comfortable with his enthusiastic personality and isn’t easily bothered by a little pushiness. His trainer has found that Bubba is especially respectful with female dogs and dogs larger than he is.

Now Bubba needs somewhere to land after training. 🥹 We’re looking for a foster or adopter who can give this sweet guy some consistency, continue reinforcing everything he’s learning, and let him settle into home life.
He’s an older gentleman. He’s sweet. He loves his people. And now that we understand him better, we can focus on finding the home that lets Bubba be his very best Bubba. ❤️

🩷 Mama TayTay is ready for her next era. 🩷

With her Eras Litter getting closer to leaving the nest, Taylor has done an amazing job raising her babies. Now we’re looking for a foster or adopter ready to help her start the next chapter of her own love story. 🐾

TayTay came to PIPs from a hoarding situation and can be nervous with unfamiliar people and situations, but underneath that uncertainty is the sweetest little scruffy girl. She’s gentle, affectionate, dog-friendly, and becoming more confident every day. She now greets her people with tail wags, seeks out attention, and has even discovered that giving kisses is pretty great. 🥹💕

She doesn’t need anything fancy. Just patience, consistency, kindness, and someone willing to let her settle in and build trust at her own pace.

🎶 Your next favorite era might just have four paws. 🐾

Meet August, Betty, Ivy, Red, Style & Willow, the six remaining members of our Eras Litter (with their mom being Taylor, how could we not??)! 💕

These little stars are around 6 weeks old and already accepting applications for their forever homes. We believe they’re terrier mixes, possibly with some Dachshund mixed in, with scruffy coats, stubby little legs, and enough personality to headline their own tour. ✨

They’ll be ready to go home at 8 weeks, but you can apply NOW!

Because finding your forever pup? It’s a love story, baby, just say yes. 💗🎤
