THIS or THAT?

Which one is more important to you?

Any new skills you’re working on that aren’t on here?

Wanting more out of your relationship with your dog needs to be celebrated not apologized for!

More freedom. More adventures. More moments like this. 🐾

When thoughtfully introduced and paired with a solid training foundation, e-collar training can help build reliable communication—even when the fun is happening farther away.

A dog who can run, explore, and enjoy being a dog, while still coming back when you call.

Because a reliable recall opens the door to a whole lot more life together. 🐕

You got a new dog… now what? 🐾

Before you fill the calendar with adventures, give them time to feel safe in their new home.

🤍 Keep their world small at first.
You don’t have to introduce every friend, dog, and pet store in the first week.

🏡 Build a predictable routine.
Consistent meals, potty breaks, and quiet time help them learn what to expect.

💤 Make room for rest.
Give them a comfortable spot where they can relax without being bothered. (Kennel)

🐕 Set them up for success.
Supervise, put tempting items away. They don’t know your house rules yet.

🍪 Reward what you like.
Choosing to check in with you? Settling quietly? Going potty outside? Let them know those choices pay off.

🫶 Build trust without rushing closeness.

Your new dog doesn’t need to learn everything today. Start with safety, connection, and a routine you can build on.

Send this to all new dog owners 🥰

Pack hikes are about more than getting those steps in.

They’re an opportunity to practice leash manners, build engagement with you, and learn to share space with other dogs without needing to greet every one.

With appropriate spacing and guidance, we work on:

🐾 Staying connected around distractions (turkey, deer, squirrel’s)
🐾 Calmly walking alongside other dogs
🐾 Exploring new environments at each dog’s pace
🐾 Taking training beyond the backyard, and practicing recall

Socialization doesn’t have to mean playtime. Sometimes it means enjoying the same trail and doing your own thing.

Communicating clearly will always be better than overpowering! Training is key!

Welcome Hazel!!

This sweet girl is under a year old and is a Pitty/ Bull Mastiff mix!
She had a rough start to life where she was starved as a young pup. She was confiscated, brought to a shelter and now adopted by the most wonderful home!

Her owners have sent their two other dogs through my program and are now sending her. She has already been started on the E Collar and basic leash skills! 🙌

We’re so happy your here 💕
