Much thanks to the caring vet staff at The Bridge Clinic for taking such wonderful care of our buddy, Layla.

Layla was welcomed into the home of one of our amazing volunteers when her family could no longer care for her. After suffering a painful eye injury, she underwent surgery today to have her eye removed.

We were honored to help with the veterinary expenses for this sweet girl and are grateful that she is now on the road to recovery.

We could not do this life-saving work without your support. Thank you for helping us be there for animals like Layla when they need us most. ❤️🐾

Last week we received a request to help a critically injured Chihuahua named Krumm, now Iris, and thanks to our amazing supporters, Philadoptables has donated $350 toward her emergency medical care.
When heroes House of Misfits pulled her to safety, Iris had suffered for days with severe injuries, including traumatic eye injuries that required emergency surgery. Recovery has been challenging, but she's already showing incredible resilience.
Just days ago, she hobbled into her caregiver's lap and gently licked her hand, a small but powerful sign that she knows she's finally safe.
Iris still has a long road ahead, but she's receiving the care she deserves and has a chance at the quality of life she was almost denied.
Thank you to everyone who makes lifesaving grants like this possible. ❤️🐾 Follow House of Misfits for more updates and to donate!
