Yesterday, Birdie’s little person came out for a quick ride before heading to school. What a great way to start the day! ❤️ Going to the mounting block is pony speak for, “Oh you want to get off now?” 😂

Simon is in charge of folding fitted sheets and Uno? He’s going to make tamales 😂 It is so hard to ride along the corn fields with him side eyeing and drifting closer and closer. He loves the corn and I’ve not seen another more dedicated 😂

Uno was a good boy! We went outside where had a strong opinion about wanting to pick corn 😂

Broke to ride ✅ Working on finding out if she is indeed broke to drive. So far, it looks like it. She even lifted her tail for the crupper.

Birdie is worth her weight in gold x 1000. What a nice pony!

She’s been on a deworming schedule, will get trims every 6 weeks, and is getting an antibiotic ointment in her blind eye. It’s a little goopy. Vet said she doesn’t appear to have any pain associated with it but we will keep an eye (no pun intended) on it. At a healthy pace, she is gaining the little bit of weight she needed.
