Before we knew that we had a bacterial contagion on our hands we paired up our old man mochi who is 2 1/2 just to get some of his longevity genes ( hopefully). He is still spry and has made it this far through the outbreak without incident. Anyway, his kids were born not to long ago and while it's not ideal to have more hosts for opportunistic bacteria to colonize I'm trying to stay positive.
Unfortunately, momma Oregano tested positive for Bordetella. So far she's asymptomatic. The other mother and babies tested negative so they are quarantined away from home.
