𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗜𝗦𝗡’𝗧 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗪𝗘𝗔𝗞. —especially when your dogs aren’t just breeding dogs. They’re family. ❤️
This is what family-raised means to us.
It’s lying in a whelping box at 5 a.m. beside a Golden Retriever who sleeps in our home, plays with our children, and is deeply loved as part of our family. It’s worrying through pregnancy and labor, watching every breath and movement, and praying Mama and every baby are okay.
It’s the incredible joy of those first tiny squeaks followed by sleepless nights, puppy claws, clogged milk ducts, endless cleaning, and waking every 30 minutes to an hour just to count every puppy and make sure everyone is still safe. ❤️
And then, eight weeks later, we get to watch another family meet their puppy for the first time. Their faces light up, and suddenly every sleepless night was worth it.
This is why choosing a family-raised breeder matters. These puppies aren't born in a kennel and handed over eight weeks later. They're born in our home, raised alongside our family, and loved long before they ever meet theirs.
And when one of our babies leaves our arms and goes into yours, we're not just sending home a puppy.
