Big Bond update!

In true Raisin fashion, she is the drama 🤪 It might be a few more days before I can move on to the next phase of bonding the six, but that’s okay! I’m moving at their pace, and overall everyone is doing really well. 🐰💕

Some of you may have already known this was coming… but I’m officially taking on a new bonding adventure! 🐰🤍

I’m currently working on bonding SIX bunnies together — four of my own plus two of my longtime fosters who, at this point, I’ve decided I’m just going to foster fail. 😂 They’ve been with me for close to 3 1/2 - 4 years now, and after all this time, I honestly can’t imagine them leaving and going somewhere else. They’re family. 🥹

I’ve bonded plenty of bunnies over the years, but I have NEVER attempted a group of six at once, so this is definitely a learning experience for me too! I’m always looking for ways to continue growing my knowledge and education when it comes to rabbit behavior and bonding, and I’m excited to see what this group teaches me.

Right now, the space technically fits everyone comfortably enough to fully stretch out and relax, but they are definitely a little bumper-to-bumper. 😂 So as we move forward, I’ll be modifying and expanding their setup as needed.

So far, everyone is doing really well! And somehow my little MMA fighter Raisin has actually been fairly decent. 😂 If you know Raisin, you know that’s saying something.

I can’t wait to see how this little six-pack progresses. Wish us luck! 🐰🐰🐰🐰🐰🐰🤍

🐰📺 IMPORTANT BUNNY RESEARCH happening over here… 😂

I discovered a while back that a surprising number of disabled buns seem to LOVE watching Peppa Pig. Naturally, this made me wonder… is Peppa Pig secretly a bunny favorite?! 🐷😂

So now I need your help with my very scientific experiment. 🧪🐰

Put Peppa Pig on for your bunny and see what happens! You can even pull it up on YouTube — there’s almost always a live Peppa Pig stream playing somewhere. 😂

If your bunny actually sits there and watches it, snap a picture and post it in the comments because I NEED to see these little babies invested in Peppa’s drama. 🥹🩷

Bonus points if they look like they’ve been watching their favorite show their entire life. 😂

So happy to see these sweet babies doing so well together! 🥹🐰💕

It was such a pleasure helping with their bond, and I’m so grateful Penny and Wild Smalls of South Florida trusted me with them. They do so much for the bunnies in their care, and it means a lot getting to be even a small part of their journey. ❤️ And of course the amazing adopter Helena Fitzgerald 🫶🏻 keep the adorable photos coming!!

Rusty & Junebug have been enjoying their honeymoon at home ever since their successful bond a month ago thanks to Hoppy Helper Services !

We couldn’t be happier for these two star-crossed EC+ seniors, adopted from Penny & Wild almost exactly two years apart, who somehow found their way to each other. 🥹❤️ May this kind of easy love find us all!

For the first time in about 8 months, I officially have a little break from bunny bonding! 🐰💕

I’m taking a much-needed week off from bonding appointments before jumping back in. Boarding is still running as usual and hasn’t stopped! 🥰

Needing to board your bunnies, but they have a vet appointment scheduled? No problem! 🐰🩺

These two had an appointment with Florida Affordable Veterinary Services for vaccines and a wellness checkup during their stay, so we made sure they got there safely and stayed right on schedule. When your bunnies board with us, you can relax knowing they’ll receive attentive, reliable care—even when their plans include appointments! 💚

Appointment transportation can be arranged in advance.
