A few clients had to reschedule, which means I suddenly have open private lesson spots available Tuesday afternoon.

Maybe I’m wrong, but if your dog can reach people riding by on a trail, sidewalk, or roadway, that’s a problem waiting to happen.

For a second I thought this was some cute city design.

Nope.

Some absolute genius apparently let their dog walk through fresh asphalt and now the evidence is permanently preserved for future generations. 🐾😂

Are any of the FOCUSED members available tomorrow around 11:00 AM in New Smyrna Beach to help me work with a male intact Doberman named Dexter?

A few of you have already met him, but he’s still pretty new to group environments. His owner isn’t quite ready to jump into the Focused Groups yet because she doesn’t want Dexter’s learning curve to take away from the experience of the other members.

If you’re available and would like to help, let me know! You’ll get some FREE reps, real-world training experience, and you’ll be helping a dog work through some important social skills in a controlled environment.

As always, I’ll be there to coach everyone through it. 🐾💪

People ask why some dogs get so excited to train.

Listen to how ridiculous I sound….

Most owners spend 90% of their time pointing out mistakes and 10% celebrating success.

Dogs aren’t robots.

They want feedback. They want engagement. They want to know they got it right.

When a dog makes a great choice, I want them to think they just won the lottery.
