Hello Port Allen,

I know we've been quiet over the past few weeks, and I wanted to finally share an update with all of you.

As many of you know, I, Ashley, have been running Furry DeTailz on my own for quite some time now. After much thought, prayer, and consideration, I have made the difficult decision to close our Port Allen location indefinitely.

Since opening our doors on June 10, 2021, you all have become such a big part of my everyday life. I've had the privilege of caring for your pets, watching puppies grow up, celebrating milestones with your families, and building relationships that have meant more to me than you'll ever know. Many of you became more than clients, you became family.

If I could pack all of you up and take you with me, I absolutely would.

For five years, Port Allen has been home to Furry DeTailz, and I will forever be grateful for the love, trust, support, and encouragement you've shown me along the way. What started as a dream in 2021 became something so much bigger because of all of you. Through every challenge, every success, and every wagging tail that walked through our doors, you helped make Furry DeTailz what it is today.

As bittersweet as this moment is, my family and I are relocating to Missouri City, Texas, where Furry DeTailz will begin an exciting new chapter. We will be reopening bigger and better than ever, offering grooming, boarding, daycare, and a larger team to continue providing the care and service that your pets deserve.

While I am excited for what the future holds, I would be lying if I said this goodbye doesn't hurt. Leaving behind so many wonderful people and pets is not easy. Port Allen will always hold a special place in my heart. No matter where Furry DeTailz goes, Port Allen will always be where our story began.

So this isn't goodbye, it's simply "see you later."

Thank you for supporting my dream, trusting me with your beloved pets, and allowing me to be a part of your lives over the past five years. I will cherish the memories we've made together forever.
